Carport parking is available and also street parking.
A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, and
laundry pods are provided to our guests to get thru the first two nights.
The fireplace is decommissioned, and access is not provided to a storage shed located
on the rear of the property.
The entire house has heating and cooling. The dining room has a 12000 BTU ductless
heating/cooling mini split.
The washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies (dustpan, broom, vacuum) are at your disposal.
The exterior of the home is equipped with a security/surveillance system.
We do not supply personal body soaps or shampoos.
