Holiday Harbor Marina Apartment with boat slip!

This one-bedroom apartment is a serene retreat, ideal for unwinding after a day on the water. Inside, you`ll find a kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable living room, a full bathroom, and a queen bedroom. There`s also a coin laundry conveniently located downstairs next to the front door. The apartment includes a boat slip. We`re situated in the Holiday Harbor Marina, right next to the Sunset Grille restaurant.

The apartment is located on the second floor above the Holiday Harbor Marina store. (It’s two sets of stairs) this is very private and quiet. There is a boat slip with the apartment and we have trailer parking available off site (but close by) . There is a coin washer and dryer downstairs next to the entrance of the apartment. Right next to the Sunset Grille restaurant and few minutes drive to the beach !!!

Guests will have full private access to the apartment.

This is the perfect place for people who like to bring their boat for fishing or just a getaway. No frills, nothing fancy, perfect space for 2 or 3 people. Boat slip just few steps away. Marina staff were friendly and helpful. Sunset Grille a short walk away, golf course, Publix and Walmart close by. We took our scooters too! Really enjoyed our 7-day stay there and definitely will be back. And Amber was great with answering questions and quick response time. Thanks Amber!

Excellent spot for a fishing weekend

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Boat slip was amazing and the staff at the marina couldn’t have been more helpful.

We adored this place! It was perfect for our four night stay. The Marina office is right there and they are super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and you can not beat the location. Super beautiful place and we had a blast! Would definitely return!

Weekend getaway to Perdido

We live in Destin and wanted to take a mini vaca. Found Amber's place and loved the location. It was the perfect little spot for two, walking distance to the Sunset Grill and short drive to the beach. Amber was fantastic to work with.

Check in and communication was great. It’s VERY out dated, living room furniture is nasty me as a female wouldn’t even sit on it, rugs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed ever. Bed was comfortable, sheets were way too big so they wouldn’t stay on. Definitely a fish camp, but for the price and location we’d stay again.

Bring the boat

Great place to go with a boat. Quiet marina and the boat is right outside. No crowds or wakes rocking the boat. Located by the Sunset Grill also. The people at the marina office are friendly and helpful.

We actually have a house just down the road, but we needed a spot for our boat and a little more living space for our large family. This apartment was perfect for what we needed.

Sand In My Boots Trip

We came to the area for the Sand In My Boots festival, just looking for a quick place to stay. But this property had everything we needed from a beautiful view, a fully stocked apartment, and a wonderful restaurant just a short walk away. This is perfect for 2-4 people who are looking to be off the beaten path while still having everything to offer from the Flora-Bama area! Host is very responsive and informative about the property.
