Scott St. Cottage-Pet Friendly-Beaches-Downtown

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Pensacola. The perfect place for you & your friends or family for a weekend visit, business trip, or sun filled beach vacation! The cottage is just a short drive to Pensacola Beach and the exciting and historical Downtown District. Shopping, dining at local eateries, exploring museums or watching the Blue Wahoos Baseball Team at the amazing waterfront stadium will make lasting memories for everyone.

Open dining and living space gives guests the chance to spread out and relax watching a movie or having a family game night.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for a quick snack or delicious meal.
Two spacious and comfortable bedrooms await guests after a fun filled day at the beach or sight seeing around town. The home also has two full bathrooms with a shower/tub combination. A washer & dryer are available for our guests to use. Guests can enjoy grilling dinner on the back patio or star gazing around the fire pit.

Pet Friendly-$150 pet fee per pet.

Guests have full access to the left unit of the duplex. Free parking is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

 A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods are provided to our guests to get thru the first two nights.

* We do not provide personal shampoos or body soaps.

 The entire house has heating and cooling.

 The washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies (dustpan, broom, vacuum) are at your disposal.

*The shed located at the rear of the property is not available for guests to use.

Suggestions for items to bring for your stay:

 Personal shampoo and soap and other personal items.
 Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent.
 Beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels.

Very nice rental. The master bed was just right for us. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our little poodle. Amenity supplies were furnished. Great viewing choices on the tv. We would rent this duplex again.

Great getaway!

This place was a perfect play to stay. Neighborhood in some areas was a bit outdated but the quietness made up for it. I have never been in a neighborhood that quiet! This place is also 20 minutes from the beach. Fenced in backyard was a plus too! I will definitely book again!

Excellent Service

I had excellent service with the property manager. They were quick and efficient and the property was completely remodeled. They did a great job. Property was located near downtown and easy to get to the beach.

It’s a great place to bring your pet. Everything was great except a few things. The sofa needs to be replaced. It sinks in the middle. An ottoman to put your legs on would be nice as well. After taking a bath a couple of times, I noticed the faucet was very dirty where the water comes out. It had black stuff in it that I could see. It needs a deep cleaning. There is a lot of dust on the baseboards. However, this unit is really close to downtown. That’s a great location. If we had a problem, the owner always fixed it quick. This is the second time we have stayed at this rental. They did let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and very well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. I had read earlier reviews about the neighborhood being a little sketchy; however, we felt totally safe and it was very quiet. The area where the property is located is being updated home by home. Communication with the property manager was great, and we were actually allowed to add a night to our stay at the last minute. We would stay in this unit again if we are ever in the Pensacola area. I would totally recommend this property.

Cute little place!

We really enjoyed this place. It is a duplex, but we never heard the neighbors at all. The large fenced yard was great for our dog. The kitchen is pretty well appointed for a rental. We stayed for 2 weeks, and cooked multiple meals easily! The location is decent. It has a great proximity to downtown Pensacola and a short drive to the beach. It is only 5 minutes from East Hill neighborhood, which we enjoyed walking through daily. The house is close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, airport and Cordova mall.
