Great accommodation for large group (14 adults). Plenty of space, plenty of beds, very clean and easy communication with the caretaker. Location was good but still needed to drive to the sights.

Spacious and comfortable home

This home was very comfortable, clean and spacious for our large group of 9. It was an easy process right from the start with excellent directions given to find the home. Michelle ( property assistant ) was great with tending to the needs and answering questions. Great views from the balcony’s. A home you can come to and relax after a long day of touring and sightseeing.! Highly recommended!

VERY UNRELIABLE My confirmed reservation 7/9-7/11 which i made a month earlier was not accomodated and was cancelled during the time we were checking in…The property owner and his staff were not able to provide us with VALID reason what happened…VERY dissapointing and its noteworthy to mention that it was raining so hard at that time in BAGUiO and i was travelling with a senior and a baby that we had to look for another accomodatiom at that very moment…NEVER AGAIN…..

We enjoyed staying at Mr Bautista’s unit 3 townhome- ;it had ample space, beautiful views and clean environment. The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. Couple suggestions : 1) Third floor masters bathroom shower was inoperable and needs to be fixed 2) Kitchen windows should have curtains for privacy

Great family vacation home!

Thanks for sharing your great vacation home Mr. Herminio! My whole family had a wonderful time. My kids and their cousins had a great time playing in your house. The house is very spacious and clean, and also close to every place we visited. I absolutely love your house! It would've been perfect with a WIFI, but nevertheless, it had everything else we needed. We enjoyed cooking/eating in your kitchen, big enough for all of us. Definately will come back when we visit the Philippines again. Kudos to your nice caretakers!

FAMILY VACATION

My family and I had a fabulous time in Baguio especially we stayed @ Camp7. The house was huge and you got everything. We even used their oven to roast chicken for dinner. After a long trip to the city with the kids playing and going to other places the house was just a nice place to relax and have a quality time with your family. It's like a home away from home.

was my first time visiting Baguio and location of rental was very nice quite area and close to town city and mall and shopping center. there were people waiting to asst and answer any questions you might have about the house or area. Herr was a very nice and friendly host. had to cut trip short but would love to return soon for much longer stay. There were so many things to do and see and was not able to do everything. The house was very nice clean and wel maintained with fresh sheets towels and full kitchen. I hope to return to house and area again soon!

Our big family enjoyed our stay in this brand new property. Caretakers were very helpful. Baguio has the best weather in the Philippines, and staying in a place like this makes you feel at home.

I am Herr Bautista, married to Leonisa de Vera Bautista. We own the townhouse. I am 71 years old and retired. I love to play golf and I carry a handicap of 15. I play internet pure play poker almost everyday. Leonie is 69 years old and loves to play bridge and mahjong. We have 2 other cottages for rent. If you want to play golf in Baguio Country Club or Camp John Hay Golf Club, we can assist you.

Baguio is one mile above sea level and is normally full of tourists during the summer months because of its cool weather. Because of the numerous visitors, water is quite limited in the city. However, the townhouse is located in Camp 7 where the aquifiers of the city are found. Hence, there is strong water pressure in the area all year round. The townhouse is also 15 minutes away from the 2 golf courses, Burnham park, Session Road, SM, PMA and from the export processing zone.

Spacious living and dining rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Gas fireplace for cold nights. Parking space for 2 cars. Large attic bedroom with 4 double beds can sleep 8 persons. The master's bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet and queen size bed. The guest room has 2 single beds and the solo room has a double bed. There is a separate room for drivers. This room has a double deck bed.

The whole unit can sleep a total of 16 persons.
