Premium property well suited to boaters and large groups! True Cedar Key style welcomes you from very corner of this spacious home. Step inside to an open floor plan featuring warm, cozy wood and a view that you'll never tire of. You'll love the coastal theme throughout, making you feel comfortable and enhancing the seaside vacation experience. Take advantage of Gulf breezes on the expansive screened porch equipped with plenty of seating. Watch the ospreys, eagles, pelicans, skimmers, spoonbills and more from the comfort of your shady perch. Bring the family as there are beds for everyone, parking galore! Bring your boats, your cars, your family! There is plenty of room here, where you will all be on Cloud 9! Rules: NO FIREARMS on premises. Period. STRICT LIMIT OF 10 GUESTS NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. DOCK TIE UP AT YOUR OWN RISK
Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum. NO CATS. Barking dogs may not be left in the house alone, please take them with you. $300 Security Hold against your credit card is initiated the day before arrival and released 2 days after departure. No exceptions. Signed rental agreement required to rent this home.

Cloud 9 is great. The property is quiet and private. The dock is terrific and has a built in cleaning station. The sunsets are fantastic and there is tons of wild life.

The kitchen was fully equipped. I had trouble getting the dishwasher started, so I washed everything by hand. The layout of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was ideal for privacy amongst all the guests. The location is ideal on the water. It's a relaxing environment. The bedroom closest to the entrance could use a new mattress on both the big bed and the twin bed. But, other than that, you can tell it's quality furniture and accommodations. There were plenty of chairs and games for everyone. The parking was good and we had room for a trailer and golf cart. We would all recommend and we would choose cloud nine again.

The house is roomy and comfortable. The land and the dock make it a perfect 10.This house is a wonderful place to vacation with friends and family. We will definitely be back.

The BEST :)

We loved our stay at Cloud 9! It had everything we needed as far as kitchen essentials, there were plenty of games to play for children and adults, and the dock was our favorite! Cedar key is our favorite vacation spot, and we were so excited to come back! Renting golf carts is also a favorite for us to do, and cloud nine had plugs for us to charge them! We can't wait to come back!;)

Was a good stay... maybe do a once over on the property right before guests arrive to check for dead pests(roaches)

Great relaxing spot.

Cedar Key is such a nice, quiet town. Cloud 9 was perfect place to telax and unwind.

Quiet, relaxing stay. House was very comfy, great views, plenty of games indoors or outdoors. Fun fishing from the dock. We would definitely book again.

Amazing View

This property has a better view than we ever imagined. The home easily accommodated 3 couples. Everything one needs to cook is in the kitchen. The home is very close to the Cedar Key shops. We enjoyed fishing from the dock everyday. We caught a lot of catfish and one black tip shark. I’m giving the home a 4 because it has a lot of potential. However, it needs some repairs done for safety reasons. The deck by the fire pit has hole that someone could easily fall in to. There is at least two or three loose boards on the dock. The laminate floor inside the home is lifting in 4 areas (’m pretty in shape and almost fell a couple of times.) More wood chairs should be placed by the fire pit since the home accommodates so many people. Overall it was a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

Great stay in Cedar Key

Overall, we had a great stay in Cedar Key. The house is big with plenty of parking. The dock was fun for fishing. We caught whiting, small reds, catfish, blackfin sharks and a ladyfish. Definitely not a place to dock your boat though. We had a couple of negative tides and there was no water at all at the dock. A couple of points that were not worth taking points off for but people should be aware of. First, we have a boat with a t-top. It did not fit under the sign coming into the driveway. That made parking a bit tricky. If you are in a similar situation I would request the clearance ahead of time. Second, The power did not work at the dock - no lights or outlets. Again, neither of these are major and we still had a great time. If I recall correctly, the listing says there isn't a shower in the loft but there is. That was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked. If you feel adventurous, there is quite a selection of hot sauces that would test just about anyone. During the time we were there, we went fishing with some luck and limited on scallops up in Steinhatchee. We went to Steamers one night for dinner and it was excellent. The prices were reasonable also. Overall, we would definitely return. It's a great place!

Great house for a group visiting low key Cedar Key

Great stay for my nine friends and I, ages ranging from 9 to early 40s! Seamless checkin, no issues and super clean. Be warned: the house is near water and you always need to have bug spray handy, especially for the no-see-ums!

Great parking space, outdoor recreation, and a screened porch that takes great advantage of the magnificent views all make this a unique, spectacular home.
