Cozy Family Condo with Marina In Branson MO

Kick back and relax in this lovely walk-in, one level condo. Spacious back patio with access from the master or living area. Close enough to all Branson has to offer but far enough out for peace and quiet. Access to the Fall Creek Marina with rentals available. Just slightly over 3 miles to the Branson Strip(76 hwy), and less than 5 mile drive to Ballparks of America. Only 8 miles to the Silver Dollar City one direction and 8 miles the other direction to the the wonderful Branson Landing.

The master suite is just of the right as you walk in. This spacious suite has a King bed and private bathroom. To the left is the second bedroom with a queen bed and the guest bathroom. Just past this area you walk into an open living, kitchen, and dinning area looking out to the back deck. From the porch you can see the community picnic area with outdoor charcoal grill. Also, in the distance you can see parts of the Pointe golf course.

The condo access is solely the use of the booking guest. There are community areas that are included in your stay. Those are the picnic area located directly behind the condo. Also, the marina that is located a short drive further down in the resort. At the marina you can rent boats or fishing for a fee. Unfortunately, there is not access to the pools or any of the other amenities of the Diamond Resort.

Forgot something for your stay there is a Shell Gas station at the entrance of the resort with small connivence store that can meet most of your last minute needs. There are also two restaurants at the entrance for a last minute meal. This resort is located is the rolling hills of the beautiful Ozarks. Only 1.5 miles away from the famous Danna's BBQ, Fall Creek Steak and Fish House, or the Runaway Mountain coaster and Flyaway Ziplines.

There is onsite parking for two vehicles but no trailer parking at the unit. Trailer parking is available further into the resort.

The host was very welcoming and communicated in a timely manner. The amenities were outstanding, the decor was Christmas-themed with an ample supply of coffee and hot chocolate! There were two Christmas trees with lights in the master bedroom and the main living room!The beds were comfortable with an ample supply of pillows.The bathrooms were great, too!And the price was very reasonable for all the comforts and amenities.The location was super, too. The hosts even left us a welcome basket with a Christmas card and small gift!This was simply a great place to stay! It was well worth it!!

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are wonderful-easy to communicate with and respond quickly to questions. I especially loved the amount of storage space available-closets with hangers and dressers. We were able to unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. Overall an enjoyable experience!

I cannot say enough about this property. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. While we do not have infants I noticed a crib and high chair. The place was clean and smelled so good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean. Has everything you could possibly need. My only gripe, but it’s a big one…the internet connection isn’t good. I had to reset the router 6 times. When it was working the connection was very slow. Typically not a problem but with no cable tv and only streaming options it’s almost impossible to watch tv or use your computer. Highly recommend you upgrade your internet service and possibly get some kind of basic cable. Another smaller gripe, living room isn’t very comfortable as far as furniture is concerned.So if you plan on just sleeping and showering and hitting the town. This is the place for you. If you plan on hanging out on a Saturday, watch some college football, not a chance of this happening.

We specifically needed a place that had no steps and your condo was perfect for our dad who has mobility challenges. It was neat and tidy and well stocked. We really enjoyed being able to have meals together and loved having coffee on the deck. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond with any information we needed. Overall a wonderful place to stay while in Branson!

I grew up Dreaming and hope to never stop. As a young child, my family didn’t have much in the way of material things, but they made up for it in love, time and Dreams. Summers were spent exploring the country with our loved ones. In my early years, all of our extended family (great-grandparents included) would gather together and camp out on the family farm. As time went on, my family started exploring more on our own. Grandma would find a location and book a vacation rental. This time together created the best memories and stories of my childhood. A passion for travel and adventure was born during these trips.

Fast forward to college, this passion was further fueled with multiple trips with different student organizations. Senior year, the university decided to offer a 10-day trip to Europe as an alternative to the international business class. Of course I decided to sign up and see what this adventure would hold. Those 10 days ended up turning into the adventure of a lifetime… There were several of us on the trip but little did I know that the love of my life was on the trip. Jennifer had the same classes I did during the Spring semester and a friendship developed. However, Paris worked its magic on us and we started dating on the highest hilltop overlooking Paris and the Eiffel Tower. We often laugh that it took us going halfway around the world to see what was right in front of us. The greatest Dream and adventure of our life started.

As it happens to almost everyone at some point; marriage, children, and careers took over the focus of our lives. Dreams started simmering away on the back burner, but prayers for change in careers and renewed happiness brought us to where we are today. Dreams are on full boil again as we are building comfortable homes where you can unwind and focus on building memories with those you love. We welcome you to Dream with us and get back to what matters most to you.
