Hale Kamaole 109 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a ground-floor patio, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. This ground-floor condo can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests with a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living space. Step inside to find furnishings that create an authentic Hawaii atmosphere with bamboo decor, tropical floral patterns and a bright and open concept. The tile floors make this open floor plan feel extra cool and comfortable.

The bedroom features a King size bed with high quality linens. It's the perfect spot to cozy up with your book after a long day in the sun. Stay cool with the window A/C unit located in the bedroom. The convenient bathroom features a walk in shower and lots of storage space. Plus, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. A dining table for is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy your meals in. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, full size appliances and a wonderful open concept. Ample counter space provides additional seating for 2. With a dining table for 4, you may dine al fresco on your private lanai.

Hale Kamaole is located in South Kihei, near many shops, restaurants, and award-winning golf courses. Explore other neighboring top beaches, such as Wailea or Makena Beach just a short drive from the condo. There are no additional resort or parking fees. Elevators are conveniently available for guests. The resort offers pools, BBQ areas, and a pickleball/tennis court.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Great Stay!

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and beaches. The park across the street is the perfect spot to enjoy Maui's breathtaking sunsets. The condo was exactly what we were looking for, spacious for a 1 bedroom, nice big shower, a well-stocked kitchen, and a patio with a good view. The complex is well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Charming and comfortable for my daughter and me.

European cottage feel in rental with outdoor access steps from beach. By the harbor, the Maui Ocean Center with the best gift shop on the island,, down the road a few good restaurants, and retailers. Depot for the bus to Lahaina and the bus to S. Kihei opposite the harbor. Altogether we enjoyed our activity filled stay.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this unit--we love it. It is clean and quiet and has a view of the gardens and water. We always have clear communications from the property management resulting in a hassle-free stay--we will be back.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Kitchen utensils could use updating...knives were not sharp, colander was old etc. Louver windows were difficult to adjust.

My Perfect Stays gave us a great experience!

Our condo was very well appointed, ample kitchenware, even sharp knives! The bedding was luxurious, and we had many more towels than we needed. The location is great, right by the pool, but this unit is tucked back a little, so there was not much air flow in the patio area (however, it gave lots of privacy)! Because we stayed five weeks, we did wish they had provided cleaning supplies, such as glass cleaner and bathroom / toilet cleaners, but of course we could have purchased our own.

Great stay

We had a great stay in unit 109. It was on the ground floor with a big open grass area that was great for our 2yr old son to run around on. It was also really close to the pool, which was great as well. Couple things to note about the place though: the AC is only in the bedroom and the kitchen/living/bath room were quite warm and muggy. The knives in the kitchen for food pre were borderline unusable - they were extremely dull, and could barely manage to cut limes for our margaritas! When we arrived - the apartment has a musty smell, and most of the dishes in the cabinets needed to be washed again. Also under the last plate in the cabinet was a nice moldy piece of food. Obviously been there a while! (Only found because we had to hand washed each plate when we arrived). Again- nothing major wrong that impacted the great time we had, location of the unit, or any of the check in/out procedure, but just not worthy of 5 stars.
