We put love and pride in each of our 6 separated cabins. Located in the beautiful town of three rivers, Milo. We are also right on the ATV/Snowmobile trails, and walking distance to grocery stores, gas station and local bar. Join us year around, as we offer AC and Heating in each of our wonderful cozy, clean cabins! From a romantic get-a-way, to a fisherman's paradise we offer something for all! We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful town that offers so many wonderful options that is sure to fit to anyones perfect stay!

There was food in the microwave, coffee maker with no pot, towels smelt like oil, no smoke dector, wires hanging down. It was windy outside and roof panels were banding on building. Owner should fix.

These "cabins" are literally in the backyard of a sketchy business with its own tire dump. One of the cabins had garbage all around. The cabin I was supposed to rent had an abandoned car parked directly alongside it. I drove in the parking lot and drove right back out. I didn't even get out of the car. I called to say I had to change my plans and requested a partial refund. No call back. Beware.
Cabin front yard. Very scenic. Not.

The cabin ended the cabin ended up being in the junkyard. There was no soap, no washcloth. It was not as clean as it should be the television didn’t work. The heat wasn’t working. I had to call the manager to come and get things going all in all. It was a very difficult experience.

ATV trip

The cabins were clean and cozy. Convenient to store and restaurants. Price was reasonable. I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again.

Great location for anything Maine!

Clean, neat, easy, comfortable, as described. Anything you need is a walk across the street. Great spot to rest and clean up for the next day's adventure!

This little cabin was way more than I expected . It was a last min reservation & I don’t have high hopes . But it was eczacly what I needed with dog & grandkids !

Getting away from it all

Needing a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life this was a great get away you can ATV right from the door, go fishing, or explore Katahdin Iron Works where you can kayak fish and enjoy views and wildlife. We will visit again for sure.

Bad location

Was not a good trip heat pump had air conditioning on high with no way of turning it off due to the fact there was no remote I talked to the host and she's said the batteries died in the remote that's why she took it she said she would bring it back but she never did also the camps are in a parking lot where they park tractor trailer trucks that haul trash and the trucks started at 4am there was not enough towels for the amount of guests she did drop some off she did drop some off the next day and one of the cabin roofs leaked also housekeeping wasn't very good there were dead bugs on most of the window sills one of the beds had a dead Beatle in the sheets would not recommend planning a family outing here
