Whether you've been to Saratoga or this is your first trip, you understand that the Patsy House location is ideal. Being just over a mile from the track & Broadway, you get a glimpse of everything Saratoga & beyond. The first level offers a family room, king bed & a half bath- a perfect escape. This space really gives the guests a space of their own, or folks a place to retreat if they need a quiet area to relax.

The main floor features an Adirondack 3 season room which overlooks the inground pool. A sizeable well equipped kitchen/dining stands on a natural stone floor and ready for memorable meals & peaceful mornings. The solid wood dining room table has two leafs stored in a closet for added guests!

Fresh hardwood floors guide you to spacious bedrooms and updated baths.

The kitchen and dining has rare natural stone flooring and the three season room overlooks the fenced backyard featuring an in ground pool.

First level gives a more rustic feel with wood tones, exposed brick and crown molding.

Second level is more airy & very comfortable. There is a Weber grill for your use on the back deck, overlooking the pool.

The property was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for all 9 of us to hang out together or in our own separate areas of the house when needed. The pool was closed for the season, but we still had fun in the backyard.

Excellent vacation home

This property was very clean and spacious. It had a very good flow for for adult couples eight people total. The home is centrally located near Saratoga racetrack Downtown and all shopping areas. I am already planning on my next vacation there.

Amazing trip

If you have not been to Saratoga springs in a while you should check it out - the accommodation we stayed at was outstanding clean - sleeps up to 8 ppl , has a pool AND you can walk to down town ( its seriously .5 miles away .) The owners of this beautiful property where amazing to partner with.

Annual family trip to Saratoga

Lovely home that easily accommodated 9 of us for our annual visit to Saratoga. The home is well furnished and stocked with all kitchen items to cook at home throughout the week. The pool was perfect. Very clean and plenty of off street parking. Location to downtown and track was ideal.

Great House for visiting Saratoga

We were in town to visit family. This was the perfect house for our family of 5. We had plenty of room as well as were able to host extended family for an afternoon and brunch on Sunday. House is very clean, 3 season room is a perfect hang out place and the back yard is very fun.

Wedding weekend

We wanted our grandchildren to be close to the Adelphi so they could leave the reception at a reasonable time and in case the babysitters needed anything. This location is perfect for all things Saratoga!

Awesome house

House was exactly as listed. There were 3 adults and one teen in our party. Worked out perfect with the 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We were only there one night but have already talked about coming back for a longer stay.

Girls Weekend

Perfect house for a Girls weekend, We had a great time celebrating a friends Birthday. House had everything you would need, very clean, large rooms, comfortable beds and a great working kitchen.. Pretty close to the Rocino and stores Chris was very nice and answered right away if you had a question. Would for sure stay again.😀

Race season stay

Very nice property. Very clean house and property and pool. Easy communication with the owner. You won’t be disappointed. A hefty walk to the track but we drove to an approximate half way point and parked on the street. Easy walk from that point. This allowed us to avoid the craziness of parking lots.

Absolutely perfect!

I truly cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property! Christ was always available when communication was needed and was incredibly accommodating to our group. We used the property for a bachelorette party (comprised mostly of late 20-30 something moms) and it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted! The pool area was lovely and comfortable and the house was absolutely gorgeous! The check in and out process was a breeze. Coffee was even provided for us which was a nice little surprise! The biggest request from the host was that we be respectful of the house and the neighbors and we strove to honor this. The neighborhood was peaceful, friendly, and safe. It is also a very short drive away from everything downtown. I would 10/10 recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

It's very comfortable at our home, plenty of space with four bedrooms and the family room downstairs. Guests can enjoy two king size beds plus two queens. Not too fancy, and far from shabby!
