* Residential neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am everyday.
*No parties permitted.
*No smoking in the house or within 10 feet of the entire property.
*No glitter, confetti or hair dye.
* Please do not leave your furry friend unsupervised in the backyard.
* Please no pets on furniture. If there is evidence of this, we may have to pursue financial recourse and additional fees through the AirBnB resolution center.
* Pick up doggy doo and use doggy bags. Please just pick up after your furry friend.
* Bath towels should not be used for swimming/amusement parks and should not be removed from the AirBnB.
*No drug use allowed (this includes marijuana). If there are any signs of drug use, there will be a penalty charge of $550
*Do NOT attempt to use the fireplace. It is not operational and could cause a fire hazard if tampered with.
