This charming quadplex is a converted historic home—walking distance to local restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, and world-famous Bayshore Boulevard (you can see the water from the front of the building)

The apartment is set up for long-term stays and is perfect for work-from-home situations.

The building has 2 dedicated off-street parking spots, first-come, as well as ample street parking right in front of the building.

Not much kitchen items. Needed to go out and buy a pan since they were so old. this is a great location - in Harbour Island in 10 min.
