The home has two bedrooms, both with king beds (Avocado + Leesa). There's an office with a couch and plenty of places to work around the space, if you're planning a work/live trip. Bathroom has salon grade, clean beauty shampoo and conditioner. Top notch fiber optic WiFi throughout house + yard for WFH folks.
The space
Home is stocked and cleaned with all natural, non-toxic products.
There is a massive private yard for hosting small gatherings (max 8 on property), cooking on the grill, and hanging out with the dogs. The whole property is 1/5 of an acre. Enjoy fruiting trees in the back (orange, mandarin, lime, and Meyer lemon) and California Native plants like honeysuckle, rose, and elderberry.
Guest access
Walk, drive, or Uber. Parking is available on site, in a private driveway. This is not a shared property.
Other things to note
Score a reservation at Jon and Vinny's or grab some wine at Helen's Wines and then make dinner at home with the Thermador oven and dine-in nook. Cozy up on the comfy West Elm couch + chairs.
