Relax in comfort with Smart TVs, internet, and outside patio. Centrally located between Tyler, Jacksonville, Athens and Palestine Lots to do within driving distance of 20 minutes or so. The house is on HWY 175, some road noise is to be expected however, it is not excessive. You'll be within walking distance of our park, restaurants and boutiques. Some Saturdays there is also a farmer's market There is a one car garage and parking for two additional cars. no street parking but if you need more parking contact Linda. Large unfenced backyard is behind the property.

The home was extremely welcoming and inviting, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Having all the amenities in the home made the stay nice. With the lake and stores near by was a plus. The host was very attentive. Only downside was the neighbor in back had dogs that kept getting out of their fence and came towards us at one point and lunged at my dog, good thing I had him on a leash, so was able to pull him up and carry him inside. Other than that I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

The host was welcoming and very responsive. We were seeing family in the area for the holidays, and this property was very convenient. Read the listing throughly as the host does explain the location clearly (off a main road), however, the road noise did not bother us. We did bring ear plugs just in case. The amenities, such as coffee, were very appreciated during our stay. This was a very good value for our family, and we would return.

Very cute 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, inside small town. House is right off very busy street, so be careful with parking and backing into street. Love the privacy fence! Houses are closer than I realized and that helped tremendously. Very loud dogs in yard behind master bedroom, but property owners have no control over neighbors. Just be aware. House is very well equipped. Everything from towels and soap dispensers in shower to washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Very good instructions through vrbo messenger on day of arrival. Home is kid and pet friendly. Love the garage access. I stayed with my 2 dogs. My mom came for a night with my 4 great nieces and nephews. It was a bit tight but we made it work. Would love to have a bed or two hidden but the couches worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Beyond helpful host! Would highly recommend booking with her! If ever back in the area, we’d definitely book again with her. House was large and super clean! No complaints at all!

Great location for golf trip to Pine Dunes

With the accommodations at the Pine dunes, golf course, lacking in amenities, we were searching for another option and this property did not disappoint. We were less than 10 minutes from the course and the house was very clean and easy to find. Check-in was easy with communication from the host arriving in plenty of time for check-in. The only downside to this property is that it is located on a main road so there is a bit of road noise and occasionally getting out of the driveway can take some time, however, for the price I would highly recommend this home.

Adorable House!!

When we arrived to the house my first thought was oh this is so cute, then we went inside and got settled in and I told my husband I would love live here the house is so cozy but still clean and modern. Linda had everything you would possibly need including snacks! She checked in with us to make sure everything was was satisfactory. Upon departure I had forgotten something in the house and could not return till much later to pick it up but Linda made sure it was set out so I could stop back by and get it. Needless to say if you’re in the piney woods and need somewhere to stay that feels like home, 10/10 recommend Linda’s place!!

Awesome Easter with Family in East Texas

We had a wonderful stay at the property! It was super clean and inviting. My wife especially loved the beautiful flowers out front. Linda, the property owner, was fantastic—so responsive and helpful! There was some work done in the yard, and the company accidentally hit the telephone line. I texted Linda, and she had her maintenance guy out there the next morning to fix it. We made do with the hotspot on my phone for the night, and it worked out just fine!The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot water got nice and hot, perfect for a great shower and bath. If I had to point out one small downside, it’s that the property is right on Highway 175, so we noticed a bit of road noise in the living room. Fortunately, the bedrooms are at the back of the house, so there was no issue sleeping.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and we’d absolutely love to come back next time we’re in the area!
