Cozy Private Stylish Modern Guest Suite

Experience The biggest little city in the world in a modern living with spectacular vibes and amenities. 20 minutes away from the airport and downtown Reno. Located in Sparks NV, the space is private with electronic key using your cell phone.

The space is an in-laws suite connected to the main house. The suite is separate from the main house, has its own entrance located on the left side of the house has access to an electronic key using your smart phone. Fully furnished bedroom with queen size bed, living room with a sectional sofa that turn into a bed, Wi-Fi and netflix available. Bathroom, kitchenette, blender, toaster, coffee maker, corner mini coffee bar, washer and dryer.

I enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. I would definitely stay here again. The house had everything I needed for our short fishing trip. The house was clean and well maintained.

Great stay close to Golden Eagle Sports Complex

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Golden Eagle, and this turned out to be the perfect place for our family of 3. It is very clean, modern, and comfortable, plus it was only 7 minutes from the fields.

Just like shown, quite neighborhood, it was perfect location for us - family lives 8 minutes away, only 20 minutes from downtown Reno, has most of what you need right around here, enjoyed out stay!

Communication with the owner was excellent—she answered all my questions right away. Check-in was a breeze with the keyless entry.The suite is spotless, well-organized, and feels brand new. The front room is spacious with plenty of seating, and the pull-out couch is perfect for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample space to cook and dine. The bedroom is comfortable with plenty of closet space, and the bathroom has a great shower with perfect water pressure.Parking was easy, and the entire stay was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again. A perfect 10/10!

This was the perfect spot for a Sparks visit. Great place to unwind. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen, nice bed, good hot water/shower head, all with room to move around.

This was perfect for our little family of 3, we have a 1 year old daughter and she had plenty of space & it was toddler friendly. The neighborhood was quiet, safe & close to the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you Susie for making our stay effortless and comfortable 😊

Clean Spacious Modern

Area was very clean, just as listed and had plenty of room. Price was better than local hotels. My only complaint would be that there was only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and 1 roll of toilet paper even though we stayed for 3 nights. But I would recommend this place as an option for the Reno area.

Overall, the place was as advertised. While we enjoyed our stay, we didn’t realize there was no oven. Not a deal breaker, but put an adjustment in our plans. Very nice and would stay there again nonetheless.
