Recently renovated, this home is perfect for a family coming to visit a college student, girlfriends looking for some sunshine and fun, or a group of friends in town to bike, hike, or run. In addition to sleeping 7 comfortably (king, queen, and 3 twin beds) there is a queen size sofa bed and a twin rollaway bed to sleep 3 additional guests.

The pool is equipped with a heater and can be heated in the winter, upon request. An additional daily heating fee of $40/day is required to cover the added gas expenses. When booking, let us know if you would like the pool heated for your stay!

Super clean, comfortable, and appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. My two young kids loved the toys, books, games, and especially the pool. So much space for our whole family to spread out. Beautiful scenic location with views of the mountains. Close to Sabino Canyon—our favorite spot we explored.

Very well furnished, nice view, wonderful pool area, peaceful, clean, spacious. We were impressed with how much we liked this place. It was nice to have a garage also. This felt a lot more like home than most VRBO’s, I think due to all the furnishings - cleaning supplies, trash bags, dishes, utensils, Kleenex, paper products. Pool was warm, and plenty of toys for kids. Could’ve used a cleaning on bottom, but didn’t bother the kids or I. Overall super nice place we’d be happy to stay again if ever in the area.

Thank you! So glad you enjoyed your stay! Sorry about the pool. We've been having a little trouble with it over the last few weeks and the pool company realized that the adjustable release on the chemical dispenser had been closed completely (maybe a previous guest adjusted it?). Between that and the spring blossoms on the trees, it's been tricky to keep it clear, but I'm glad you were able to enjoy it anyways!

We really enjoyed our stay! Andrea is a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions and/or requests we had. The house was super clean, organized, well furnished, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep our own meals. The kids loved the pool and neighborhood is really nice and private. We make an annual trip to Tuscon and look forward to staying here again!

Thank you for the enthusiastic review! I'm glad the toys and books were put to use. It's a great space for the kids, but my guests tend to mostly be adults, so it's always fun to have some younger ones for a visit. We'd gladly welcome you back, if you're ever in the area again!
