3500平方フィートのネオクラシックなデザインの家で、1500平方フィートの追加のカバー付きのフロントとバックのポーチとパティオには、以下の特徴があります。

This was a terrific property! The house was great and the property was very peaceful and fun. The house offered so much entertainment (games, pool table, dart board, etc.), we wish we had stayed longer. In addition, it had a wonderful heated pool with waterfall and a separate hot tub. To make things even better, the owner was quick to respond to any messages. We really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend it!

Perfect Getaway for all ages!

We spent most of our time in the pool & hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. This is our third stay at the retreat. The darn drought caused the pond to be dry but I'm sure it will come back when Texas gets some rain.

Summer Getaway

The stay was absolutely wonderful. The pool was an oasis in the Texas mid-July heat. The rest of the amenities were a plus, and there are many. If it's watching TV at the outside bar or viewing a great move during the night while you cool off floating in the pool, this place has everything. The host is spectacular.

Property was very nice and as described. Amenities were abundant and the pool w/waterfall was a hit! Outdoor movie screen was well enjoyed. Golf cart provided entertainment for teenager and was a great perk to have. Hot tub was loved by all! Indoors was supercozy and beds are soooo comfortable! Bathtub was well loved to wind down fron the day. Hosts were very helpful and friendly explaining how to utilize/function the amenities. We are talking about making this a yearly visit, we all loved it. Thank you!

Check in was super easy. Property was as advertised. Amenities were beyond great. Hershel & Becky were terrific hosts. The kitchen was equipped with any and everything you would ever need. The house & property were very clean. The pool was a definite highlight of this property. The outdoor kitchen with the sink, ice maker & refrigerator was a great added touch. Hershel, a commercial construction project manager, has a passion for working his land and restoring classic cars, jukeboxes, and vintage Coke machines. He also loves cooking up catfish and crawfish for large gatherings. Becky, a semi-retired executive leadership coach, finds joy in cruising the open seas and spending quality time with her four grandchildren. Together, they share a love for cheering on the University of Texas football team.

We wanted a property close to Austin with plenty of space for privacy, so we purchased 10 acres in Bastrop County close to COTA and the airport. Hershel built this beautiful home and continues to find new ways to enhance it. He never misses an opportunity to put his tractor and backhoe to good use!

This property is truly special, offering plenty of space for everyone to gather together or break off into smaller groups for different activities. The large outdoor movie screen and projector are perfect for a night swim or relaxing in the pool while enjoying a movie. You can unwind in the hot tub, grill steaks in the outdoor kitchen and bar area while watching your favorite sports, or simply enjoy some downtime.

Kids can play foosball or enjoy outdoor games, and if it rains, there's a spacious covered area to stay dry. On chilly nights, the outdoor fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while the fire pit provides the perfect spot for group conversations under the stars. Inside the house, the game room offers a pool table, darts, and a large TV for family movie nights, with plenty of films to choose from. Board games are also available for fun family bonding.

Down by the pond, you’ll find a covered patio with an outdoor fire pit—perfect for telling ghost stories. The Texas drought has finally caused our pond to dry up so no fishing until rain comes our way and we will restock. You can also explore the 10 acres on the golf cart for a unique adventure.

The well-stocked kitchen includes all the small appliances needed to prepare a gourmet meal, and with five comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's plenty of space to relax and recharge. Whether you’re enjoying outdoor activities or indoor entertainment, this property promises a memorable stay!
