✔ STAIRS - This is a 2-story triplex house with bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and stairs leading up to the front porch. You must be able to climb stairs to access and enjoy this home.

✔ FAMILY - Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, highchair, plug socket covers, and baby-sitter recommendations – all upon request.

✔ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $150 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through the booking platform the day you arrive, or you can select the pet fee when booking the home.

✔ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This triplex was built in 1920 and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear our neighbors at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.

Enjoyable weekend

The units were clean and the communication with the hosts was great. The neighborhood and the views were in the midst of a junk yard and that was my biggest gripe. The inside could use some upgraded furniture

Good Stay

It was a smooth stay and the places listed were great and as advertised. All the guests were really happy with the location and really enjoyed the stay while we were there, only good things to say about the location and the comfort. The only annoyance was the limitation of not having the door code until 5 minutes before check in, which was hard because multiple people needed it and I could only be in one place at once. There were ways around it, but it wasn't clear to me until the day before that we'd get the code so late! Again, super minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay!

Our listings are primarily in The Starland District here in Savannah, which was dreamed up by two SCAD graduates in the early 1990's. They imagined an artsy, lively neighborhood with a sense of community for the locals and a unique Savannah charm to lure visitors, and they’ve succeeded. Now, The Starland District is home to dozens of small businesses, cafes, breweries, and so much more! This is where all the cool locals hang - we hope you love it as much as we do!
