The Space:
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, Smart TV and air conditioning, granite kitchen equipped with electric stove, two full bathrooms, two terraces to enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee and a living room with Smart TV and sofa bed for two additional guests ($250 MXN per night per guest).
We have a swimming lane, heated jacuzzi, small gym and rooftop, where you can have a BBQ and spend a pleasant time with family or friends. If you want to explore Playa del Carmen during your visit, you will have Fifth Avenue just 20 minutes away by car with restaurants, bars and shops to add to this incredible experience.
MVNGATA Beach Club & Rooftop is a brand new beach club designed so that you can enjoy your vacations without any worry. Try its gastronomy, relax on the lounge chairs, immerse yourself in the pool or in the sea and enjoy live events on the rooftop with your favorite drink and the best view of the Riviera Maya.
Walking from your accommodation you will arrive at Cocos Cabañas, which in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner offers delicious baked pizzas that you cannot miss. Another option for breakfast and lunch is the Petit Lafitte Hotel you will surely be delighted. The Xcalacoco Beach is just 5 minutes away by car.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to all The Eights Condo amenities, plus everything MVNGATA Beach Club & Rooftop offers, at an additional cost.
The Neighborhood:
The area is very quiet and we have 24/7 security for your comfort. The nearest supermarket is 20 minutes from the property. If you need basic items 3 minutes away there is a convenience store.
Getting Around:
We recommend arriving and moving around Playa del Carmen by car. For security reasons, inside the property you will have a private parking space reserved for you.
There are Beach Clubs that you could join, one of them being MVGATA. You can enter, but you'll need to cover the day-pass fee. Another option, if you prefer walking, is to inquire at Hotel Petite Laffite (located next to MVNGATA), where day passes are also available.
Other Things to Note:
We can provide additional cleaning service during your stay for $500.00 MXN per day.
Playa del Carmen has a humid climate, to avoid humidity in the property we have a dehumidifier.
Out of respect for the neighbors, the noise level should be reduced between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Parties are not allowed.
The property is very valuable to us and we always strive to keep it in excellent condition so that our guests have unforgettable experiences. This of course involves a lot of physical and financial effort. We kindly ask you to respect it as if it were your home, so that our next guests can enjoy it as much as you do.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
