Horrible smell, false advertising
Renters beware! This property smells horribly, it has no views, the pool was not available, and the property was unsafe. The top floor is unfinished and open to the elements with a stairwell that has no handrail, it is hazardous! The couches/chairs/headboards are all stained, the smell was so bad the length of our stay was exactly 15 minutes. We 100% couldn’t stay, and the owners of the property refused to give us a refund. It was so bad we walked away and paid for a different house. It is not in the North Hotel Zone either. The location that is marked on their listing was not accurate and the address they continued to give me was not accurate either. The only reason we were ever able to find it was because we were with friends who know the island well. In all of her years coming here she has never experienced anything this horrible! I only gave it 1 star because I couldn’t give it zero.
