Cottage under the oaks! Walk to LSU games!

Our home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office space for remote work and a fully stocked kitchen. The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining or catching up with friends and family. The house features a whole-home dehumidifier (installed February 2022) that keeps the house cool and dry during the muggy South Louisiana summers. For winter, the main bathroom has heated tile flooring for your comfort. We have two 110v plugs for level 1 EV charging. Enjoy time outside on the front or back patios, each with ample seating.

Baseball Tournament

Comfortable House - Great Neighborhood

This is a very clean must-stay-at-home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and there was plenty of space for our family to gather for a week-long visit during Easter. We loved it.

Wonderful Stay

The house was cute and in a very quaint and conveniently located neighborhood. Communication with owners was wonderful. The children loved the swing in the backyard - a nice touch. Definitely recommend.

Nice house near Back Gates of LSU

Lovely cottage

We enjoyed staying at the lovely cottage near LSU. Despite some construction going on, it was so conveniently located for activities. The neighborhood was quiet and lined with beautiful oak trees. We liked the open floor plan of the house with both a front porch and back porch to spend outdoors on nice evenings. Perfect for us!

Our Granddaughters Baptism

First and foremost for me is communicating with owners....these owners were outstanding! We didnt need much help, because everything was perfect, but the few questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. As for the property itself..wow..beautiful house...3 bedrooms all with comfortable king size beds, 2 nice bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, a large, comfortable living area, a spacious dining room and well equipped kitchen. The park like backyard provided a tranquil setting to look out upon while relaxing with a cup of coffee. Very nice neighborhood. Quiet street, close to LSU and Perkins Road. We will stay here again...no doubt about it!
