Cute, simple, newly remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home.
Welcome to our families vacation home. Our mother purchased this house new. It has been enjoyed by our families for many years.

Lots of parking, ample room for your toy trailer. RV hookups (Full) available.

It is our hope that you will enjoy it as you do your own. You will not be disappointed. Typically early check-in and or late check out is available if requested at time of booking.

Great Place to Stay While At Havasu

The place was fantastic! Close to restaurants and other activities. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe while staying there. We would use this place on any return visit to Havasu!

Excellent Stay in Havasu

My wife and I were visiting the area to scout out a potential move and we could not have been more happy with our home away from home! Plenty of things to do nearby and the house was clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This place was amazing. Very very clean, comfortable, quiet, and close enough to food & shopping. The biggest thing for us was that it was clean and clutter free so that our 15 month old could safely walk around. I will always try to book here in the future when we visit Havasu. It was also very reasonably priced compared to alot of other places in the area!

Great place friendly host

Went for quick weekend trip before school started for my son. The place was comfortable and clean, the host was friendly and responsive and accomodating. It was a great convenient location near everything.

Third time staying there.

We always go once a month to the river. This house is so perfect for us. It’s nicely decorated, well stocked and very clean. The host is easy to contact and responds quickly.

Great weekend getaway home

My wife and I came up with her parents to celebrate her birthday. House is very welcoming and was perfect for the 4 of us to just relax. Property is I a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the action downtown. Highly recommend property.

We had a great time. Everything is close to the house. Super clean and had everything you need. Better than a hotel. My daughter loved that there were little snacks there too.

The house was very clean and furnished nicely. Pet free home with hardwood floors was fantastic as I am highly allergic to dogs and cats. Also a quiet neighborhood!!

Perfect Havasu vacation house

This property is located in a nice part of the town and very convenient drive to the grocery store and the lake. It was very clean and well appointed. Had all the necessary amenities and comfortable beds. Boat deep garage should fit boats up to 25’. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay

This home was super clean, the perfect amount of space for our little family, and had all of the little extra touches to make our stay more comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs and we loved being able to park in the garage. We had a little trouble using the door code when we first arrived but Douglas was there within minutes to solve the problem. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

We arrived Douglas had sent us the code to the front door for access. Inside we found a newly remodeled interior and appliances, kitchen was stocked well, even some snacks on the table. The beds were new and comfortable. We had a good stay.

Excellent Property

I was only there for two days/nights and the place was literally the best house rental I've every stayed in. It had everything. It was 105 degrees when we arrived and the refrigerator even had cold filtered water ready for us. Can't think of anything that was missing.
