Summary:
Plan your visit to Boise today at our "Sunset Ave" house, fully equipped for hosting large groups and features 2 living spaces, plentiful seating, a large covered patio, yard games and a garden free to harvest during your stay! Bring your friends and family for a BSU game! Or bring your bikes or skis and explore Boise's Ski and recreation area, Bogus Basin, we're located at the base of the mountain! Easy access to Ridge to Rivers trails, The Greenbelt, Downtown & BSU Campus! Sleeps up to 12!
The Space:
In the Sunset home you'll walk in to see a spacious formal living space in the front room with a comfortable couch, a swinging chair an electric fireplace and a custom exchange library, bring a book, take a book! Down the hall you'll see the bathroom and three of the bedrooms.
The first bedroom on the right is our "Tablerock" room a queen luxurious memory foam hybrid bed and a smart TV.
The "Greenbelt" room is located at the end of the hall on the right and is also equipped with a queen memory foam hybrid bed.
The Ensuite is at the end of the hall to the left. With a private bathroom and shower, the bathroom doubles as a steam room! A respite from a long day at work or play.
The hallway also includes the guest bathroom, coat closet with household supplies, and laundry is located in the hallway and guests are welcome to use it during their stay.
On the other side of the home, you'll see the spacious living space and deceptively large kitchen with a custom coffee bar set up for guests. In the living room you have 2 dining areas, a large workspace and the 4th bedroom.
The 4th bedroom "Stanley" has a twin daybed with a trundle. Perfect for a "bunk" room for the kids! It is also separate from the other bedrooms.
You'll see two living areas, one with a book exchange! The other with a large comfortable couch that can sleep a small child plus 2 self-inflating air mattresses to set up in both the family and living room if needed. The living space extends to outdoors; you walk out to a covered patio with a large custom refinished dining table and luxurious patio seating. The outdoor space has everything you need, a bin for toys and yard games in the lawn. It also has a garden space with herbs, fruits, and vegetables! All available for you during your stay!
The exterior of the home is a ranch style home with a paved driveway that will fit up to two vehicles. There is limited street parking. The front entrance is tucked behind the landscaping with a sidewalk and steps leading up to the door.

Guest Access:
Once booked, you will receive a unique access code via email to enter the home during your stay. The code is changed between each guests for security and safety. You'll have access to the entire home. The garage will be locked with the owners belongings.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the historic downtown portion on Sunset Ave. This neighborhood is established, quiet and peaceful! You'll see mature landscaping and a variety of homes, original, renovated and new builds nearby. The neighborhood includes Sunset Park within walking distance as well as multiple avenues to access Boise's Greenbelt!
Getting Around:
Guests will prefer having their own transportation to get around town and experience Boise. There is limited public transpiration.

Outdoor and garage amenities (including BBQ grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items) are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While we do our best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy:

Bob operates a local engineering company, Tikker Engineering, while Jen runs New Hope Furniture, restoring furniture, as you can see in almost every piece in this home!
They have been married nearly 4 years now and the honeymoon isn’t over! Being empty nesters has allowed them time to pursue this dream of New Hope Furniture moving out of their garage (Bob is especially grateful) and bring joy to people through creating this Airbnb of respite and relaxation!
