The Space:
Our beachside townhouse welcomes up to 6 guests and is perfect for adventure lovers, peace seekers, and space geeks to make memories that last a lifetime. Thoughtfully designed and furnished, the beautiful dove gray tinted walls and shiny wooden flooring of the entire house create a relaxing atmosphere allowing guests to enjoy every moment of their stay.

Both of our bedrooms are furnished with plush soft pillows and gel cooling memory foam mattresses to ensure you are well-rested for your busy day ahead. Wake up to the sound of the waves and sunlight flooding in through the bedroom windows.

Bedroom configuration is as follows:
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, private balcony
- Bunk Room: Full / Twin Bunk Bed, guest bed, closet, small dresser
- Our spacious living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa to provide yet another comfortable sleeping option.

Both of the bathrooms are squeaky clean and fully equipped with everything you need including:
- Hair dryer
- Qtips and cotton pads and personal items
- organic Body wash, shampoo and conditioner

What’s more?! Our outdoor living space! With 3 separate private outdoor spaces, there are plenty of options to soak up the Florida sun and breathe in the fresh ocean air:
- Bistro table and seating for 2 on the front patio
- Upstairs patio attached to the master bedroom
- Backyard patio lounge with dining area, grill, and an outdoor couches

The bright patio is perfect for a BBQ night with family! The dining table seats 6 as well as the outdoor sofa seating. Enjoy the company of soothing nature and relax here with your loved ones!

Guests have access to the whole house, private backyard, private balcony, and free parking on the premises so you only focus on living in the moment.

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse offers a quiet residential neighborhood with amazing neighbors and peaceful beaches. The place also offers you a chance to witness the greatness of miles of beaches and amazing rocket launches.

Downtown Cocoa beach with its restaurants, bars, and art galleries is a short drive, as are the great seafood restaurants in port Canaveral.

You can also watch the cruise ships come and go.

Space coast with Kennedy Space Center and Space Force 20 minutes close by, you can watch a rocket launch if you're lucky.

Orlando airport located just at 45 minutes’ drive makes it super easy to get to the townhouse.

Getting Around:
An easy 5 min walk to the beach via the public beach access. The famous Cocoa Beach pier is a short drive as are the fantastic seafood restaurants at Port Canaveral. Kennedy space station is a must visit experience and just 20 mins away.

Other Things to Note:
We are happy to provide everything for the first few days of your trip.. Dish soap, paper towels dishwasher pods, Laundry detergent and softener. Each bathroom has 3 rolls of TP and hand soap . You won't need to rush out to the store right away.
