Looking for a family home that is close to Notre Dame? This is the one! This 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house boasts a nearly 900 square foot deck, with a gas grill, pellet smoker, wood burning fire ring, and a gas fire pit table, perfect for hanging out with family and friends. If you are bringing along the kids, the large yard has a huge play set area and soccer goal within view of the deck.
Going indoors, the home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living room with a 65" flat screen TV, and a newly remodeled eat-in kitchen with a small TV on the main level. The newly finished basement provides an additional bedroom and full bathroom, as well as a large living room, wet bar, children's play room, and two flat screen TVs (75" & 55").
Besides the close proximity to Notre Dame, the home is also close to the area's popular restaurants and shops, as well as popular Southwest Michigan.

Although this home is new to the rental market, we are experienced short-term renters with a previous home. What makes this home special to us is it is the home my wife grew up in. A few years ago, we purchased it when it became available, and completely updated everything. It has been an amazing experience for us!
