Living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen with coffee pot, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, and full size double refrigerator and freezer. Designated work space. Brand new stackable washer and dryer. Extra linens. Ironing board in walk-in bedroom closet. Your own private screened in porch. Keyless entry next to your own parking space. Gas fireplace. TV with Firestick in living room and Roku in master.
Available August 20th $2400 a month, $1000 a week, or $148 a night. 3 night minimum required. $500 deposit. $100 cleaning fee. All utilities and Wi-Fi included. No smoking and no pets. Close to Gloucester Courthouse, Busch Gardens, Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown Beach, Wineries, Breweries, Parks, and more!

I'm Karin but not the "Karen" everyone is talking about lately. I'm a mom, wife, Director, and soon to be mother in-law. Our family has lived in the area for several years enjoying the changing seasons and what the community has to offer. My husband and I work full time and travel here and there. After staying at various places and realizing we never utilize our attached private in-law suite, we have decided to let others have a clean, safe, affordable place to visit friends, family, or Gloucester, Mathews, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Urbanna, and the many other counties surrounding us.
