Built in 2020, Nordic Villa boasts 1,800 square feet of living area over three levels. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, laundry room, attached garage, and a workspace. Each master bedroom and bathroom is on its own floor which maximizes privacy.
It also features an open concept living space with the kitchen overlooking a cozy dining room & living area with amazing mountain views. And the spacious southwest facing deck allows you and your guests to take in spectacular 180 degree views of the serene mountain setting.

Nordic Villa is perfectly situated near downtown and within walking distance of grocery stores, liquor stores, cafes, shops, restaurants, the town recreation centre, walking and biking trails, and the Bow River.
*Prepare to sleep well during the hot summer months thanks to our air conditioning, blackout blinds, and comfortable matresses.
*Each level has cable TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix.
*The second level has Chromecast cast which allows you to cast anything from your devices to the TV.
*Spacious and comfortable outdoor seating, an umbrella, and BBQ will maximize your outdoor enjoyment.
*Foldable table and extra chairs allow to for a 10 person dining experience.
*There is parking on the driveway for one car and to the left of the driveway for another car. And plenty of parking on the side road in front of the house.
************* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on the balcony. Breaking our non-smoking/vaping policy will result in up to a $500 fine for the cost to eliminate the smoke/vape odours. If you smoke outside the home, please do so at least 5 meters/16 feet away from the building and pick up your cigarette butts.

Given the large size of the house, the cleaning fee we charge only partially covers the full cleaning fee we incur. Although having a fully stocked kitchen has its perks, it also means potentially significantly additional cleaning depending on the state that it's left. We kindly ask your cooperation in following the instructions below to leave our kitchen and BBQ in a satisfactory state so our staff can focus on deep cleaning.
- Please ensure you leave the fridge and sink empty, and turn the dishwasher on prior to leaving
- Please take your garbage and recycling to the community garbage bin steps away from the unit (refer to house manual for the map).
