Quiet Family Beach Home Close to it All

Peaceful family beach home, recently updated, freshly painted and features a huge kitchen with plenty of chef's tools, living room with large screen TV, and formal dining room. Outdoor space includes a cozy screened in back porch, deck with a Wilmington Grill (gas), and a great sized fenced in backyard (for the island). Upstairs has a spectacular master suite that is highlighted by a custom master bathroom with a large dual headed shower, two additional bedrooms, and a washer/dryer. Home office, one small closet, and the main garage will not be accessible. There is a nice shed that will be available for renter use and stocked with plenty of beach goodies; along with additional storage in rear garage.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac, and close to all of the wonderful things Carolina Beach has to offer. Conveniently located walking/biking distance to downtown Carolina Beach, restaurants, bars, parks, hiking trails, the beach, and a brewery with disc golf course.

Pets allowed on an individual basis.

Great getaway

Our stay was great! The house was just perfect for our family of four! My oldest loved (5) loved the kid room and felt right at home with the fenced in yard and basketball! Close to the beach and boardwalk which my oldest also enjoyed :) We would for sure stay here again!

Perfect home away from home

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house had everything that we needed and some. We were traveling with children and the added games, toys and books were a major hit for our kiddos. The hosts were responsive and very friendly. They provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

4th of July vacation week

The was beautiful and just as described. Very clean and quiet Neighborhood. Really enjoyed sitting on the front Porch. Also the host response quickly if you have any questions

Relaxing at home feel in Carolina Beach

We all enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with utensils and appliances. Loved the screened in back porch! The location was in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome home!

Though we did miss being oceanfront and watching sunrises from a balcony, we greatly loved the quiet location of this property. The home furnishings of mostly antiques with touches of seashore wall and accent decor melded together into a comfortable, relaxing place to stay. We were very careful with the furnishings, and followed the requested precautions to take care of their precious heirlooms, and there was no difficulty doing so as they provide ample coasters, trays, etc. This home is exceptionally well stocked, from kitchen to bedroom to bathroom to cleaning and beyond. The fenced back yard was great for our pup, and though we always take our own, there were plenty of items provided to make a furbaby's stay comfortable too (plenty of clean-up supplies provided too, if needed). These hosts responded quickly to our inquiries and were extremely cordial and very helpful. Check-in and checkout were a breeze! We greatly enjoyed our week here, and hope to return.
