✦ Each room is 705 sq. ft, equipped with complimentary toiletries, kitchen with basic amenities, high definition 30-inch TV, available with Standard cable, ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout your stay.

✦ Rooms are not adjoining and possibly not next to each other. Spaces are assigned upon arrival based on availability.

✦ Daily cleaning services are not included in the nightly price. The charge of $140 will be collected upon arrival.

✦ The minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ Check-in is available from 04:00 pm. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

✦ Public or shared fitness center open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, available in the property.

✦ Outdoor shared pool available all year, opened from 7:00AM to 8:00PM.

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $400 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ Early Departure Policy – Early departures will result in a charge of one night room and tax.

✦ Spa is open by appointment only

✦ Complimentary 2 welcome drinks per room in the summer

✦ A non-refundable departure fee plus tax is required per stay
