This vibrant desert jewel is where the fun begins and never ends in Palm Springs! Located less than two miles from the heart of downtown, this vacation rental boasts an oasis backyard with a sparkling pool, an open floor plan, and every accessory and feature you could want for the perfect time away.

Start things off with quick snacks or complete meals prepared in the well-equipped, full kitchen with gorgeous countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four. Meet up for mealtimes or game nights at the adjacent table for six, or head out to the covered patio for a poolside alfresco experience. Back indoors, settle into the colorful living area to stream your favorite channels while flames dance in the gas fireplace to help set the mood.

The enclosed yard is where you'll find the optionally-heated pool and pool spa, a cozy cabana with a day bed, multiple chaise lounges, and your very own private putting green!

Additional amenities include a selection of yard games including cornhole and giant-size Jenga, a washer/dryer, and a gas grill for when you want to spice up your home-cooked menu.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Everything about the home was perfect. We were so comfortable. Had our privacy and enjoyedThe beautiful home every moment. While I'm not a big fan of the management company and how they work due to an issue we hadWith their call center, every minute of our stay was still perfect. Will DEFINITELY stay again.

The unit was clean. The problem we had was we were not able to use the hot tub. The whole reason we rented a house was to use a hot tub. We knew that the pool needed to be heated. We did not want to heat the pool. We did not know that it was attached to the hot tub. Very disappointing. Communication was poor.

Perfect week vacation

House was perfect for our needs. Updated, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beginner supply of paper products and laundry/dishsoap, great sized pool, walkable, close to grocery. Would stay again.

Wonderful Stay in the Heat

Had a wonderful stay at Vista Norte with my bride. It was topping out at about 109 during the days. We spent every morning in the cabana reading and eating breakfast, jumping in the pool every 20 minutes to cool off. The house was fun, colorful, and comfortable. Close to everything and the view of San Jacinto can't be beat.

Clean, modern, colorful

We loved this home. It was clean, fun, close to restaurants by Lyft. The pool was pretty but too cold to swim in January. Loved the design and neon light. It was perfect for two couples.

Beautiful and well style home

We had a lovely few days in PS. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a short walk to a shopping center with a gym, grocery store, coffee, donuts, and a couple restaurants. The home has a well appointed kitchen and was styled very well. We loved that the garage was fully functional and we didn't have to leave our cars in the hot sun. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of linens in the closet but there is also a washer/dryer if you need it. We had a great time and hope to rent the home again in the future.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property- very hip and well designed interior. Very close to downtown Palm Springs and plenty of space to relax Unfortunately the hot tub did not work the entire time during our stay in spite of multiple back and forth texts with Vacasa. Kind of a drag to have to keep messaging with the property manager and different employees during our trip

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and close to downtown Palm Springs. It was well decorated with a mid century flair. There was a very well organized kitchen with a comfortable table to eat and play games. The pool was very disappointing. I paid to have the pool heated and the tech was unable to have it fixed during our stay. We were also unable to heat the hot tub. This was a major reason we picked this property and could not use the pool as much as we would have liked too.

Nice property but no response from property management on weekend

Our stay was nice, the property and house were nice. The house was clean, however for the price we paid you’d think they would use more than 1-ply TP. We paid for pool spa heating, however the heater appeared to be broken. We contacted property management Friday evening and didn’t receive a response until the next day. They said they’d send someone out and never heard from them again until Monday. We called multiple times over the weekend with no response. Went to use the bbq and propane tank was empty.

Sweet spot, odd service

To clarify, this property isn't owned by an individual. it's actually owned by another vacation rental company called Vacasa. There were definitely some hiccups and odd things in regards to what they offered. For beginners, I reached out ahead of the trip to ask a few questions. I asked if they had pool towels and they said no. So, my group and I bought pool towels only to realize that they did have pool towels in the closet so that was a waste of money. We weren't allowed to gift them to the house either so we had to stuff our suitcases with them for our flights home. The guest bathroom's tub lining is also damaged and rusting. I believe one of my friends said "it's a tetanus shot waiting to happen," but the primary bedroom's bathroom is lovely. We also didn't think the cookware and flatware was in the best condition. It's cheap and didn't seem to be well cleaned or cared for so we washed everything before using it ourselves. The pool was clean and we loved having it. It was a bummer that Vacasa was going to charge us more to turn on the hot tub though. Check-in and check-out were easy which we appreciated! And the location was great because it was a clean, quiet neighborhood (with the exception of overhead planes) but we wanted to be closer to the airport. Overall, we were happy with the accommodations and we had a great stay. Addressing the items above and fixing up some issues around the house that say "we skipped corners" would really make it excellent.

Decent house, great location

This is the second time we have rented this house. It has quite a few downsides considering it’s a vacation rental. There is no outdoor umbrella and with 2 kids this is a necessity, and having rented multiple times in PS never have I been without an outdoor umbrella to move around the pool, or create shade aside from the pergola. There are also no regular chairs outside only lounge and the table is a bench style. Makes the outdoor living not as comfortable since that’s why we go. There is also no outdoor lighting or pool lighting. The first time we went they said there are no pool lights unless you pay to heat it, but honestly this is such a dangerous liability at night time. The kitchen equipment is on the cheap sparse side as well, only 4 dinner forks which as a family of 4 we go through in one meal. The house is cute but when you look closely it needs a tune up, both toilets are weird one the lever you have to lift up or it keeps running, the other doesn’t flush properly. Lots of faucet issues too. Would be so much more enjoyable if the house had a handy man go through and tune up. You can tell the house doesn’t have the love and tlc since it’s a rental. A block away from Albertsons and prime location which is why we booked again. It’s like do you book what you know that is just ok or risk a new house which could be worse? We come at least twice a year. I would give 3.5 stars

Lovely!

This house is fantastic. It has everything you need, was extremely clean and comfortable for my family of 2 adults, 3 kids, 2 dogs. Easy to access the downtown and stores for supplies if you are just staying in. Will definitely use this location again!
