The Space:

High above Waikiki, the 37th floor opens up to a sweep of mountain ridgelines and city rooftops that shift from sun-washed mornings to glittering evenings. The trade winds keep things breezy, the beach is a short stroll from the lobby, and the pace up here feels like an entirely different island from the one buzzing below.



The space

This one-bedroom condo at Waikiki Banyan Tower 2 is a comfortable, well-considered retreat for up to four guests. Views of the mountains and city skyline carry through both the living area and the bedroom, giving the space a sense of openness that stays with you from the moment you arrive. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the interior cool and comfortable throughout your stay.



Living space

The open-plan layout flows between the living, dining, and kitchen areas without interruption. Settle onto the sectional sofa with the Smart TV after a long day out, or pull up a seat at the dining table to map out the next adventure. The sofa includes a pull-out sofa bed suited for children or occasional use, and the relaxed setup makes it easy for everyone to find their spot.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay - a Whirlpool refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, single oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer cover the essentials, while extras like a rice maker, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses add everyday convenience. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided, along with coffee to start your mornings right.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door for privacy and quiet. A king-size bed anchors the room, and room-darkening shades create a restful environment when it's time to sleep in. Clothing storage includes a closet, dresser, and nightstands, and the bedroom shares the same mountain and city views that make this floor feel special.



Bathroom & laundry

The full bathroom includes a bathtub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, along with a hair dryer and hot water. Fresh linens, towels, extra pillows, blankets, and bed essentials are provided for every guest. Paid washer and dryer facilities are located on each floor of the building - a welcome convenience for longer stays.



Beach days & building features

Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, and a beach blanket - are available for your days along the shore, and Waikiki Beach is within walking distance. The building features shared beach access, an outdoor pool, a shared hot tub (available year-round, open 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM), a shared sauna, and a shared electric BBQ grill. Sun loungers are available for relaxing outdoors. Free resort access is included for guests.



Getting around is easy - the building has elevator access, a private entrance to the unit, and free parking for one vehicle in the garage. An EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is also available on premises. Self check-in via keypad lets you arrive on your own schedule.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful location with all the amenities of home. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and the extras such as the cooler and beach chairs. This facility was within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants.

Perfect Waikiki stay!

We had a great few days in Waikiki! The location was perfect. A couple of blocks to the beach and great local food. Parking included is a bonus for this area of Honolulu. The place was immaculate! Nice homely touches made it a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again! Great communication with host and easy check in process!

Glorious stay

Excellent location. Very clean apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Beach items used often. Kitchen could use a picture for drinks. Air conditioning unit very very loud.

Excellent unit with a view of the mountains

37th floor facing the mountains provided a great view. AC and fans worked. Figured out that the metal bar needed to be in a horizontal position for the ice maker to function. Unit was clean. Parking pass and key were on the kitchen table in plain site. Instructions for departure were printed and clear. Management company were very helpful and timely in answering my questions. All in all an excellent stay.

The interior was fine. Due to the trade winds, the sound of the wind was very loud at that 37 story height. I see now why the owner expanded the living space to encompass the lanai. I had expectations of lounging on the lanai to read and enjoy the view and of course was disappointed in that - of course no fault of owner. The parking space was a wonderful point,

Great Experience!!!

My wife and I found this condo to celebrate our one year anniversary for a total of a nine night stay. Overall, we were more than pleased with the room and our experience in Hawaii. We highly recommend and would stay here again if returning to the island. Pros: -Wonderful views of the mountains and the city lights from the bedroom and living room. Sunrise is particularly beautiful. Being on the 37th floor helps give the great views. -All the furnishings are brand new and beautiful amenities as well. The owner really took the time and spent the money to provide an excellent experience. I'm talking about having aluminum foil for cooking, oven mits, oven pans, full set of silverware, plates, mugs, cups, salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. Etc. Above and beyond what we expected. -comfortable bed, pillows, and furniture -hot water and good water pressure for showers -extras provided such as beach towels, beach chairs, ironing board, iron, laundry bag, etc. -access to pool, hot tub, grill and lounge area -2 block walk to the beach -walking distance to anything and everything in Waikiki. Shopping, restaurants, etc. -includes parking pass (normally $30.00/day) -cafe and small market in lobby of the banyon -well maintained property -hundreds of stations on the TV to choose from including movies -smooth operation overall including communication by owner and recommendedations given for visit -beautiful bright green parakeets that visited us in the mornings -plenty of towels -very reasonable price - switch powered blinds and remotes for fans -coupon code to stay again Cons: -A couple of times the sound wasn't working when watching the satellite/cable box. I don't think it was a TV issue because the over the air local stations always worked with sound -the key didn't work for the men's sauna and the womens was out of order -one night the fire alarm went off and the entire condo had to evacuate for 2 hours. The fire dept. Didn't know why it went off. Maybe was pulled by a guest? -The AC unit was a bit loud -that we had to leave As mentioned, beautiful, brand new, comfortable and would highly recommend. Thanks for making our anniversary special
