Best Weekend Away

The house was absolutely incredible! The pictures did not do it justice! The house was super clean and neat. The check in process was seamless. John even greeted us and we assured him we’d take proper care of his beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back again.

Sag Harbor Stunner

Awesome rental property, worth every penny! Great location, short drives to downtown Sag Harbor & East Hampton, South Fork wineries, etc.Plenty of common area space indoors & outside for our group to spread out. The MBR suite and basement apartment are highlights!House is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet plus tall trees providing tons of privacy in the backyard. The heated pool and deck furniture got plenty of use! The host communicated very well w/me & the house was well stocked w/supplies. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Sag Harbor Perfect Stay

Our recent stay at John’s beautiful property was nothing short of delightful. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful updates John has made. He's transformed the outdoor space magnificently by enhancing the lawn around the pool, an impressive poolside sectional, that’s perfect for social gatherings. The layout of the house continues to be an ideal fit for our family dynamics. The grandparents appreciated the privacy and convenience of the lower-level suite, complete with its own amenities like a kitchen and lounge area. The kids enjoyed the freedom of the main level with ample space and individual bathrooms, while my wife and I had an expansive master suite on the top floor, complete with a 65” TV and a awesome bathroom. The main floor, is equipped with a cozy living room, an engaging media room, and a kitchen that has everything we could need. The deck right outside the kitchen is a true gem featuring an outdoor kitchen and a large dining area that accommodates a party of twelve comfortably. The adjacent lounging area became our favorite spot, offering comfort and relaxation as we enjoyed the evenings under elegant outdoor lighting. The landscaping around the property provides perfect seclusion, and the newly installed heated pool was a major highlight for everyone. John's attention to detail in providing essential household item minimized our need to travel with boxes of “stuff” for the stay. Highly recommend this gem and again thank you John for everything!!!

The owner was terrific from the start—very communicative, responsive, and thoughtful. The house was perfect for our group of seven adult-inviting decor, great kitchen, and plenty of seating areas for dinners, games, and movie night. It’s well appointed, with a lovely outdoor setting, BBQ, and all the supplies and dinner service you could possibly need. The pool is great, and the location is close to beaches, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and vineyards. Thank you J!

Family trip to the Hamptons

Our family went to the Hamptons for a week vacation. We loved our stay. The house was very stylish, clean, updated, comfortable. Pool and landscape A, kitchen and supplies/ equipment A. Very private and quiet. The communication with the owner/ property manager was excellent and quick to respond. It was a little too far to easily walk to town but otherwise a wonderful house and highly recommend!

You can’t beat the Hamptons in the summer! This great house is really well appointed and the new primary bathroom has a lovely indoor/outdoor feel with a picturesque window which frames the backyard trees. Heated floors elevate the space. Not precious or fancy but still stylish, the house has everything a family needs for a relaxing and fun vacation. The tranquil and sunny backyard makes it hard to leave. Tree trimmers were there one morning but John was quick to reschedule them - even coming over to make sure the situation was addressed. The house is in an inland neighborhood about 2 miles from Sag with some lovely houses and some that could use some TCL. We walked or rode the provided bikes to town every day, saving the car for trips to the beach (using their fantastic beach chairs) or to other areas of the Hamptons. Check in and check out were easy and John is an A host - super responsive and accommodating. Thanks John!

Wonderful Home, Great Location

We stayed at this beautifully decorated and well appointed home for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for our group of 10. The home was spotless and so pretty. A perfect home for gathering together. John was very informative, providing very useful information about the home and things to do in the nearby towns. The location was perfect as well. I would definitely stay here again!

A+ Experience

My family and I stayed here for the last 10 days of summer and could not have had a better experience. The house was immaculate and well organized, the host had incredible proactive and real-time communication, and the home’s flow and aesthetic really elevated our stay. Also, the location was prime/central allowing us to easily visit Sag’s shops, the beach, etc. My toddler didn’t want to leave - we can’t wait to visit again.

Great extended stay

This house is perfect for a long getaway. The kitchen has everything and we enjoyed making family dinners together. We were impressed by how well equipped and organized the house was, even the outside kitchen which is just off the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids while cooking. The yard is beautiful. The lawn is super lush and the hydrangeas are gigantic. The big sectional was a big hit for us…..we napped out there or in the hammock. Another big hit is the outdoor shower. We used the outdoor fire pit on the cool nights. All the vintage furniture inside is well appointed alongside new high end furnishings like the giant living room sectional. Lastly , the bedrooms are all tastefully done. Highly recommend this house for a lengthy stay. John was readily available for any questions and helpful with any guidance for store, beach , or restaurant info. We are already planning next year !! Thank you John !!

A birthday weekend for my 80 year old mother.

First impression as you enter the house is that it exudes immaculate cleanliness, reflecting both meticulous care and thoughtful consideration in both its architectural design and interior décor. Each corner is perfectly outfitted to serve its own unique purpose, from the cozy TV nook, painted in a calming blue and discreetly nestled behind pocket doors off the kitchen, to the luxurious upstairs primary suite. The property itself is a testament to deliberate landscaping and design, boasting unique plant life and multiple outdoor seating areas, each offering its own blend of beauty and solitude. Notably, the generous sectional by the pool (that appears to be brand new) creates an ideal outdoor living space. Furthermore, every corner of the house, especially the kitchen and outdoor kitchen, is generously stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything a guest might require throughout their stay. John and Nathalie are consummate hosts - available 24/7 to answer any questions that we had, and invested in our enjoyment of their home. A truly magical rental property that I hope to return to again and again!

Amazing!!!

My friend stayed here last summer and highly recommended it. She was right. The house is centrally located less than 5 minutes from the town of Sag Harbor , 10 minutes to East Hampton or Southampton. The 5 bedrooms suited us perfect. All with their own bathrooms. King and Queens size beds with top tier linens. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed and easy to find stuff. John leaves his spices and cooking oils for guest use. He also stocks the house with all household items in case you forget anything. The garden is heaven. Mature landscape, lush grass, giant sofas with umbrellas. Really really well done. Stylish but very functional. At night we all hung in the media room. 75” smart tv was ideal for our streaming parties. We used the bikes to ride into Sag each morning. This house is well appointed with upscale everything. John is quick to respond. You can tell he wants his guests to enjoy themselves. I cant recommend it enough. We are already planning a return in high summer.

LUXURIOUS HAMPTONS GETAWAY

We had a great time at this house. Very spacious for the whole family. All upscale furniture and bedding and We had a great time at this house. Very spacious for the whole family. All upscale furniture and bedding and the kitchen is well equipped. We also used the outdoor kitchen and bbq. Everyone hung out on the outdoor sofas while we cooked so it was great. All the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Sag Harbor is less than 5 minutes away so we took the bikes into town. John ,the owner, set us up great. He gave us restaurant recommendations and told us about a big park for the kids just outside Sag. We’re already making return plans for this summer.

Summer 2023

John was an amazing host and communication was super easy. The home is better than the images. It’s fully renovated and the home is designed to entertain with an indoor/outdoor feel. My family of 10 fit in the home easily. My mom who isn’t able to walk up stairs enjoyed her studio apartment on the basement floor. The house has bikes, heated pool with impecable landscaping and furniture, pool toys and inflatables, an amazing grilling station with full sink and refrigerator for drinks, and a large table that fit our entire family. Great firm mattresses and soft linens, so we all slept comfortably. We rides bikes to Sag Harbor town which was only about 15min. And the beaches are super close also. 5/5- hope to stay here again soon. Thank you, John.

Amazing, top of the line house

My family ( 5 adults, and 6 and 2 year old ) spent a week at the house and loved it. The house is just as described and represented in the pictures. We rented pretty late in the session and trusted the previous reviews. Every review gave a true description of the house so I’m not going to repeat all that is included. This is an upscale house, and a lot of thought was put into providing a quality vacation home for the renters. Furniture and decor from places like Crate and Barrel or Serena &Lilly. Clean and bright. Beautiful, mature landscaping surrounding the deck and pool area. We enjoyed the extra comfy couch in the blue den, the fabulous outdoor deck with sitting area and grill/kitchen. John was easy to deal with, very responsive. We would love to rent again.

Newly renovated home perfect for a young family

My family and I had a great time staying at this home! We booked our stay very last minute and John was extremely accommodating. We have a 2 year old toddler, so John offered to install toddler gates at both the indoor as well as outdoor staircases (leading to the pool), making this home even more toddler friendly. This home is newly renovated with brand new furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped, with several coffee machines (Nespresso, drip coffee, stove top espresso maker), pots and pans of all sizes, a large selection of plates and glasses and much more! The patio is conveniently located off the living/ dining room and has a large table with a large umbrella providing enough shade. This home is also equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, large beach blankets and bicycles. Sag Harbor town is only a 5 min drive away. We didn't know the town very well before renting this home and fell in love with it. We find it to be one of the most charming towns on the South Fork. All in all, we had a great stay at this home and would definitely like to rent it again in the future!

newly renovated home on quiet cul de sac

My family and I had a great stay at this perfect home. Alot of detail can be seen in both the renovation and design choices. All of the furniture is new and creates a great beach vibe. The home is filled with light and the open floor plan offers multiple rooms to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked which was ideal for us so we wound up eating in except for a lunch in Sag Harbor which was less then a 5 minute drive. All the bedrooms were pointed with nice linens and bedding. The bathrooms all had nice new RH bath products. The media room was a big hit for us......a 75" smart TV with a giant sectional served us well on the day day it rained. The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac so the kids were able to run around without stress. The mature landscape gave us great privacy. And the wrap around porch was alot of fun. The new outdoor kitchen was not in the photos so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We took advantage and used the grill all weekend. The outdoor furniture was all new as well and up to par with the rest of the home. As soon as we arrived we knew we made a good decision. The place was spotless and the property well maintained. John was great from start to finish and made sure we had everything we needed. We are already looking into summer dates to return. We highly recommend this home for a family getaway.
