There are 2 beds, 1 bath, kitchen and living room area inside. Outside you will find a cozy gated patio with seating for 2 as well as a bbq grill. In the backyard is a stock tank pool and a fire pit with seating for 6. Guests can access all parts on the right side of the property. There is a fence that splits the backyard for each unit. If the party has rented both units, the gates can be opened to share the spaces. The home is centrally located between downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Additionally it’s a short drive to and from the airport. In this neighborhood you will find your typical restaurant chains and lots of mom and pop places. There are several grocery stores nearby like Sprouts if you prefer organic options or Fry’s for a typical grocery store. Due to the sprawling nature of Phoenix, most visitors either rent a car or use ride share apps to get around.
