Located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix in the Garfield Historic District, this charming bungalow offers a quiet, cool retreat. Only a few minutes walk to major downtown venues, sports arenas, hospitals, and restaurants. Or take the light rail and connect directly to the airport, Tempe, and Glendale. Perfect location for your business trip, convention, sporting event, or family vacation.
Dog friendly, but check with us first.

This comfortable 2 bedroom house sleeps 6

Guests have access to the entire house and fenced backyard. Free off-street parking in driveway provided to guests.

High speed WiFi, Netflix, and HBO Max are provided

Guests have access to the entire premises. This includes:

-A full kitchen with cookware and dishes - Light cooking only
-Off street parking plus free on street parking.
-Washer and Dryer available on site for stays of 3 nights or more

I prefer to give my guests privacy. Access is provided to the home via keypad.

I am readily available should guests need anything to make their stay more comfortable or to provide recommendations on the area!!!

No Parties Strictly Enforced

A single dog is welcome with advance permission and pet deposit (see house rules).

Dogs loved it!

This would get five stars if not for a few pesky logistical things and the overall state of the property - it’s old and run down but not gross. It’s just not a five star experience compared to other places I’ve rented. 1. You are given a url to use to get more information. The web page you get to is not set up and it made everything more confusing. 2. Had to call about parking because of above and it turned out parking was easy. The introductory message made it seem like there were very specific instructions. 3. The messaging through VRBO didn’t work as expected. You have to call to get help.
