Warm and inviting, this beautiful cottage is sure to delight! The space is thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home, including a fully-equipped kitchen. French doors lead to a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, cozy fireplace, Smart TV, DVD player and even an exercise bike! The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and Smart TV. Enjoy beautiful views of the garden from the living room and kitchen. There are several outdoor areas to relax and listen to the birds sing or watch the hummingbirds flitter around, have your morning coffee or dine outside. You'll love this quiet retreat getaway!

NOTE: ** A MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS & 1 CHILD UNDER AGE 13 ARE PERMITTED.

Charming Cottage!

Such a clean and charming cottage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are so responsive and pleasant. And they included many snacks and breakfast items in the frig, as well as fresh pastries from a local bakery our first morning. We would definitely visit again.

Small but mighty

Valerie’s home is an immaculate and charming garage conversion and addition. The home is a small one bedroom detached unit adjacent to the owner’s house. It was stocked with all sorts of yummy food and beverages. Overall it was very nicely outfitted and organized. The back yard is perfect for lounging and was great for our dog to hang out. The location was in a nice older neighborhood very close to downtown Ukiah, perfect for walking. Valerie was a great host and happens to be a realtor if you are in the market😀. Great experience!

absolutely wonderful stay, no detail left out. the thoughtfulness of the hosts was incredible. they bought me pastries for breakfast! i loved the kitties and their sweet doggos as well. they made me and my anxious senior dog so comfortable - thank you!

Central Ukiah

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. It was the perfect jumping off location to explore Ukiah and the surrounding area. The full kitchen was a boon, so we could eat some meals in. Our host was nice and brought us fresh pastries the first evening. She also provided a variety of drinks, snacks, and breakfast goodies. The only down-side was an issue with the key when we arrived, such that we had to log on to VRBO from the car and contact our host. She lives onsite so she was able to come and rectify the problem. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe, and a local coffee shop is within easy walking distance.

Perfect for a little getaway in the mountains

I can tell that Valerie puts a lot of care into making sure that this little cottage is cozy and welcoming. I was surprised to see the mini fridge stocked with some items for breakfast and coffee, and snacks, which was AMAZING after all long day of travel. The heating elements in the cottage were perfect after spending a day at Vichy Springs. I really enjoyed my time! Thank you so much!

I moved to Ukiah from Marin County 22 years ago. I have been a real estate agent for 23 years and owned an interior design business for 17 years. I enjoy DIY projects! I love Ukiah for it's beautiful surrounding hills, gorgeous vineyards, fabulous hiking and friendly people. My neigborhood is very quiet and I love the charm of the historic homes. I have a deep love of dogs...especially my rescue dogs! They are adorable, sweet and quiet.
