Very nice the the price.

We loved the house. 2 living rooms was a plus. The house does need some upgrades but for the price it was perfect. We definitely will be staying here again. The neighborhood was really quiet and clean. You are close to everything you need from restaurants to grocery stores. I would recommend this place to stay at.

The house was well situated for our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We are going to try to come again next year.

Large home in a quiet neighborhood

Plenty of room for our family group of eight including 5 children from 4 to 18. Comfortable living room with large tv and reclining leather furniture and dining room seating for 6. Between daily excursions, we were able to spread out in the home and keep the children happy with different activities. Our host was easy to reach and responded quickly when we had a minor problem. We would recommend this property.

Great Stay

Plenty of space, plenty of beds, easy check-in and check-out. We hosted three family game nights for a large extended family during our stay and had plenty of places for everyone to sit and play, including comfortable recliner for Grandma. Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again!

Canal Winchester Home

The owners of the property are very responsive and accomodating. We much appreciated that, 5 stars! The reason we left a lower review was for the following...neighborhood was quite a disappointment, very run down and did not feel safe. The appearance of the home outdoors is not appealing as it is not kept up and is run down as well. The indoors is very dated and has very old/worn carpet. The walls had writing on them from previous owners and many spider webs throughout the house, so a paint job is very much needed. However, bathrooms were clean! Staying at many other VRBO's, would highly recommend updating the interior and have a welcome packet with some recommendations for things to do in the area. We had never been in the area and pamphlets of things to do would have been nice. Also would be nice to have towels in the kitchen for dishes and a hair dryer ;)

Loved this House!!

This house was everything and more my family really enjoyed our stay here! only thig that was missing was more cooking supplies to make dinner but besides that we loved it will rent again!!
