The Kodiak House - Lake Arrowhead

Welcome to the Kodiak House!

Our Cozy house has 2 large living rooms and a dining room, a movie theatre, fully-equipped chef's kitchen, inside laundry room, 2 fireplaces and an outside deck with beautiful views of the hillside. There is a driveway and attached garage for parking.

The space comfortably sleeps 5 people in the bedrooms and additional guests on couch or air mattress:

- Master Bedroom w private bathroom - California King Bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, smart TV, Fireplace, and walk-in closet.

- Bedroom 2 - Full/twin bunk bed. Sleeps 3 total

- Bathroom 2 - clawfoot shower tub

- Living Room w/ fireplace opens to dining room

- Family Room - large comfy couch sleeps 2,

- Theatre downstairs has 2 couches and reclining chair, Apple TV, DVR, Projector. Air mattress sleeps 2

- Outside Deck - BBQ, outdoor seating and dining.

Other things to note:

If you would like access to the trail along Lake Arrowhead, please send me your name and email address and the dates you would like access. Guests must check into the Arrowhead Lake Association with photo ID and $10 payment to access the trail during their stay.
