Our newly renovated condo looks out at the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains. The condo features two bedrooms with 2 comfortable beds + a living room sofa bed, and stunning mountain views! There is a full kitchen where you can cook a delicious meal, 2 bathrooms, and in-suite laundry. Don't feel like cooking? The condo is located in the Grande Rockies Resort which offers a delicious restaurant called the "Grande Kitchen + Bar". Also, our suite is centrally located and is within walking distance of downtown Canmore where you'll find cafes, pubs/bars and restaurants, as well as elevated dining experiences and activities.

✦ Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. It includes 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in the second bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. All beds complete with fresh clean sheets changed after every single guest.

✦ Complimentary Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 2 ROKU TVs, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes cutlery, and more!

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a charge of $30ea with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

The Grande Rockies Resort features an amazing indoor/outdoor hot tub, an indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, delicious on-site restaurant, free WiFi, and secure underground parking, all of which are accessible to our guests!

We do not live on site. While we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, if there is something missing, simply reach out and let us know. Our home has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.

To truly experience Canmore and surrounding areas, we recommend renting or having your own vehicle. However, our home is located near the heart of downtown (a quick 5-10 minute walk) and is very close to many restaurants and activities.

✦ Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦ Please note that a 5pm check in time cannot be guaranteed when the booking is completed on the same day as the check in.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $250 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

✦IMPORTANT: Grande Rockies Hallway Improvement Project✦
Please note there is ongoing construction in the building as part of a hallway replacement project. The situation is evolving daily as maintenance progresses. While your unit is not directly affected, please note the following:
• Hallway improvement construction during months of April & May
• Contractors will require access to unit doors May 12–16 to paint door jambs.
• Please allow them space to complete their work.
• Be cautious and watch your step while moving through the hallways during construction.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these upgrades.

POOL & HOT TUB
Our pool & hot tub are open. Check with the front desk for hours of operation as they may be subject to change.

FITNESS CENTRE
Our fitness centre is open. Check with the front desk for hours of operation as they may be subject to change.
✦ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. There are others living in the building so we have neighbors to respect.

✦ No pets allowed in the home.

✦ Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.

✦ This is a NON-PARTY home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

✦ No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) and no drug use - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

✦ Do not tamper with any fire alarms or smoke detectors at the property. These devices are in place for everyone’s safety. If any are found to be tampered with or disabled, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system.

✦ The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person/per night.

✦ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

✦ Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Perfect stay in Canmore

We had the best stay at Taras and Oksana’s property! The suite is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the beds were extremely cozy. Thank you very much for the seamless process, we’ll be back for sure.

The view was great to wake up to and using the amenities to have a relaxing stay was awesome I throughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having a coffee! My kids really enjoyed the toys available to play with and I felt super comfortable. Also the pool was fun and outdoor hot tub was so cool. The hosts were awesome at checking in and gave great information about the stay. I highly recommend and will definitely come back!
