Well-furnished private country retreat with main house and guest house. Enjoy the peaceful privacy, within a 30-minute drive of Columbia, MO. Perfect for a group of friends, or a family retreat. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy. Relax on the screened-in porch, or enjoy the sunset from the fire pit! Main house is decorated tasteful farmhouse. Guest house is decorated contemporary glam. This listing/rental is for both houses.

Houses are exactly how they are pictured! Beautifully decorated, all your needs thought of and taken care of. Property was quiet and so relaxing! Our family had a lovely get away.

An absolutely beautiful retreat. We rented the property for our family who were all attending a college graduation in Fulton. The property was a short drive to Fulton and was big enough to comfortably sleep our entire family for the weekend. Everything was perfect. We just wish we would have had more time to sit around the fire pit and relax. We will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Matt's property far exceeded expectations. We had a fabulous three days on site celebrating our daughter's graduation from Mizzou with grandparents and a few friends. The main house, the guest house, the screened in porch, the fire pit, and the grounds were all meticulous. To say both houses were well stocked is an understatement. Other than clothes and meals, there was nothing else we needed. Kitchen table seats 14 and 3 more can sit at the bar. Coffee and snacks were provided and well displayed throughout the house. We'd definitely book again on our next trip to central Missouri.

Matt’s home was the perfect spot for a family Thanksgiving meet up. Everyone was warm, cozy, and able to fully enjoy a long weekend of relaxation and fun. Matt was very responsive and an amazing host, and we would definitely stay here again.

The home was lovely. It was perfect for four couples who were in town for a wedding. The extra little touches by the owner were very much appreciated. Especially the coffee supplies. Highly recommend.Please note this rental is two separate houses with two bedrooms in each house

Best I’ve ever been to!

I’ve stayed all over the world to ABNB and VRBO. This was one of the most well organized, feels like home, kind, easy check in and very well-equipped. What a great stay, we’ve booked the next two years and will as long as able.

Amazing Property

This is a beautiful property with all of the amenities you can hope for. Both the main house and guest house were immaculate. We will definitely be staying here on return visits to central Missouri.

The perfect place

Cannot say enough good about this property and property owner! The attention to detail is second-to-none ... and if I started a list (beautiful decor, cozy fireplaces, magnificent farmhouse table and chef-ready kitchens) I'd surely miss important details (Alexa, multiple coffee stations, Ghirardelli chocolates). This was ... by far ... the best vrbo we've ever encountered.

Beautiful place to stay for Mizzou football game!

We loved our stay so much we chose take out from Shakespeare’s and skipped staying out in Columbia after the game to head back to the house. Lovely place to spend a weekend catching up with friends. Matt was the best VRBO host we have ever had and went above and beyond to make our stay blissful. We all decided we can no longer stay anywhere else when traveling to CoMo!

Perfection

We were so impressed with this property. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well appointed and fully stocked. We rented for a family wedding and just fell in love. Matt was quick to respond to any questions. We had a excellent experience and will rent again when in the area.

Perfect!

Owner Matt was incredibly responsive, helpful and communicative which made our arrival and departure super easy. The place is fantastic. Comfortable for a large group over Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed and a couple of things we didn’t have, Matt made available for us. Highly recommend!
