Grill up a delicious meal on the BBQ and spend the evening enjoying the sunset. With 2 master suites with king beds, this home is perfect for a family getaway or a friends retreat. Very private backyard facilities. A large yard with multiple citrus trees, covered outdoor seating & big private pool and spa along with stunning mountain views. Private garage, parking, free hi-speed wifi. Two King size beds, one queen bed and two full size beds. Large sofa is a dual recliner which could be use as additional sleeping area. Garage parking with remote electric door is available along with a large driveway. Spa heating and optional pool heading is available for an additional cost. Cost varies depending on season. Please enquire! For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 82 degrees The pool will remain heated. Please note before booking. You must be 25 years or older to make this reservation. An ID will be required. A maximum of 8 adults and 2 children are allowed for overnight stays per city regulations. 4 more adults are allowed during daytime Ring Cameras There are 8 ring cameras at the property. All cameras are external and none of the cameras face the pool or any interior spaces. These are only used for security purposes. Two are at the front of the house, one next to the main door, and one on each side facing the gates and one more on the right side by the black gate. Two more are on a post facing the side street. Right cameras can record video or sound when motion is detected. You will receive an image of all cameras for visibility. NoiceAware There is one noice monitoring device in the kitchen and one in the backyard on the pergola. These don’t record anything and will NOT listen to conversations, they just monitor noice decibels. If noice gets too loud you may receive a notification. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding these devices. This listing is for the entire house. The city allows us to accommodate up to 8 adults plus 2 children for overnight stays. 4 additional adults are allowed during daytime. You must me at lease 25 years old to make this reservation per city regulations. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which will be sent to you shortly after booking with Airbnb. To make things simple, the terms and conditions are the same as our house rules. Please read the house rules carefully, as the city of Palm Springs has set forth clear ordinances that apply to all short term rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist. All adult guests will need to sign a City of Palm Springs Statement of Rules document and pool waiver. We will also need to schedule a Video Call prior to check in as required by the City of Palm Springs.
