The hosts were so sweet and welcoming. They have obviously poured their their heart and souls into this home! I would absolutely rent this Casita out again. It is charming, beautifully laid out, has lush landscaping, and a great pool and jacuzzi. Everything if anybody could want. Loved it!!

A magical getaway—inside and out!This home was pure charm from the moment we arrived. Every detail felt welcoming, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful retreat. The pool was perfect for cooling off during the day, and the jacuzzi was our go-to spot for winding down under the stars. It truly felt like a hidden gem.On top of it all, the host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by mailing back my dog’s collar after I accidentally left it behind—such a thoughtful gesture! I’m already dreaming of returning for an autumn stay to experience the magic all over again with the fall colors. Highly recommend!

Casa Bonita

This property is a beautiful, Spanish style gem. What an expansive and delightful home with three private bedrooms and bathrooms. It felt like we were on a European vacation in the heart of Palm Springs. The only negative comment is that the plumbing needs sprucing up, and the counter space in the two guest bedrooms is minimal. But for a private desert getaway, it's a beauty!

Gorgeous Movie Colony Oasis

Evocative of Hollywood's golden age in Palm Springs, this 1930s hacienda in Movie Colony East is beautifully preserved, centered around a large, lush, private courtyard patio with pool, hot tub, waterfalls, grill and bar area, outdoor fireplace, and much more. You will not want to leave this patio! The three bedrooms are on separate wings. A bedroom on one wing is very private and the two bedrooms on the other side share a hallway but also offer ample privacy, and each have en suite bathrooms (plus there's another half bath on that hallway). If you love the old Hollywood style you'll love this beautifully preserved masterpiece. But bear in mind it is an older home, so be patient with the plumbing, AC, etc. The home is also exceptionally well provisioned in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, including soaps, spring water, Mr. Coffee with coffee beans grinder, Keurig machine pods, plastic cups for patio drinks, and an amazing assortment of barware, e.g. Margarita glasses. The home is in a great location in Movie Colony East, one block from the immaculate Ruth Hardy Park and a 15 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. Jeffrey & Monica, our hosts, were incredibly friendly, gracious and responsive. We (4 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back many times in the future!

Wonderful stay

This is our 2nd visit to this fabulous home. Everything was perfect and large enough for the 6 of us. We love the location in the Movie Colony and convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Jeff and Monica were always available with any questions we had. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic House

The house is beautiful, it is larger than it looks in the photos. Kitchen is nicely equipped, gas fireplaces inside and outside. We had a great time, and didn’t want to leave the lovely sunny and peaceful courtyard, your own private resort.

Perfect Getaway for a Small Group

The house was so charming and perfect for a long weekend getaway with the family. The backyard is absolutely incredible! The pool was too cold to comfortably use this time of year, but we enjoyed the hot tub nightly while stargazing. We went through a lot of towels so we really appreciated that they were plentiful. The Movie Colony location can’t be beat! Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive and the house is in a nice, safe neighborhood.

Beautiful Spanish Home

This home was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our business retreat . The house fit our needs perfectly as each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. The pool was beautiful, clean, and the spa heated quickly. There was plenty of space with two living rooms, and a large dining table, as well as a breakfast bar and large kitchen. The listing description is accurate and the hosts were accommodating and easy to reach prior to our stay. Checking in and check out was seamless. Highly recommend this property.

Palm Springs Oasis!

We had a great stay here! We enjoyed all the space but particularly the backyard which was truly an oasis! And fresh grapefruits off the tree on the property were an extra treat!!

Great backyard and location

The home is well located to downtown Palm Springs with only a 15 minute walk. The backyard is fantastic with lots of outdoor living space. Jeff and Monica were very responsive to little issues. Check in was a breeze.

The house was great….layout worked perfectly for our group.

Area of improvement would be the TV setup in the living room. The remotes did not work with each other and cable box not very user friendly manually. Smart TV would be the way to go. Another area of improvement is the missing hot water in the casita from the hand wash sink. Overall the house was great but little improvements would go a long way from turn key. Thank you for the opportunity

My ideal 60th pandemic birthday!

I can not speak highly enough of Jeff and Monica's property. It was the perfect cozy, warm place to be with my pandemic family to celebrate my 60th birthday. Besides the delightfulness of the house, the thing that stands out the most was how attentive, responsive and inviting the host's were. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We enjoyed the park nearby and the fact that we were a short walk into town. We definitely pain on returning! Greg

Warning! Citations!

The house rules informs of only 3 cars allowed. Be careful, if you have a 4th car parked on the drive way or on the streets, you will get a citation. My family and I got a $500 dollar citation for 2 extra vehicles parked. There’s no sign on the street or the house owner does not warn you about this. We should have been warned. Be aware!!!

Beautiful and comfortable home

We just turned from our wonderful time at this lovely home. We are 3 older couples and we each had a nice room with our own bathroom. We loved spending time in the Pool and jacuzzi. This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and enjoy our time together. Kitchen also had everything we needed. Jeff and Monica were easy to communicate with. We will return again
