We loved this place. It was beautifully done with everything we needed. The location was great and easily walkable to restaurants, etc. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place

Had everything we needed, extra towels, blankets and pillows. Was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe with lots of good restaurants near by. Loved being 20 minutes from red rocks and downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

Denver Vacation

The house was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice. Communication from owner was quick and they answered all of our questions. Everything was great!

We were on a road trip and spent two nights in Denver at the guest house. Absolutely wonderful space and so very comfortable. Would recommend to family and friends!

A fantastic, quiet find

This property is an incredible find right off of Colfax. A quiet neighborhood with dedicated off street parking. Very easy check in process with a responsive host. Apartment was exactly what you would need for a Denver getaway with easy access to everything downtown. Stocked with everything we needed, this was a wonderful find.

Perfect Place for an Active Getaway

Excellent location to enjoy both the city and the outdoors. Sloan's Lake is blocks away and perfect for a run with amazing views of the mountains. Several great bars and restaurants withing walking distance. Amazing hikes within a 30-to-90-minute drive including Golden, Boulder, Idaho Springs...too many to name! The hosts are most accommodating, and the unit was very comfortable and quiet for two people. We'd definitely come back here!

PERFECT FOR TWO

This one bedroom apartment had absolutely everything we needed for our three-day stay. The interior was exactly as depicted in the online photos. Very clean with a great, centralized location. Off-street parking is a huge plus. Mike was a fantastic host, including during a short power outage when he quickly offered us flashlights and coolers. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Denver. Highly recommended!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!

Perfect amount and type of amenities inside a perfectly tidy and comfortable garage loft apartment. This place is located in a perfect area of town that is within a couple of blocks from great food establishments, and just minutes away from the best ice cream I've ever had. Oh, and the host was so gracious and kind to assist with our needs, and many questions prior to our arrival. We'll be back!!
