Penthouse 1 is situated in the V399 Condominium Building located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta s old town, Zona Romantica.

The roof-top common area is complete with a large heated infinity pool, 2 Jacuzzis, barbecue, and dining, lounging and socializing areas all with sweeping 360 views of the Bay of Banderas, the Sierra Madre Mountains and the City lights of Puerto Vallarta.

Just 3 short blocks to the Bay of Banderas, Los Muertos Beach and the "Malecon", Puerto Vallarta s famous ocean side esplanade, you will enjoy an easy walk to everything that Vallarta has to offer with no hills to climb and absolutely no need to drive or taxi. While offering seclusion and comfort, some of the surrounding attractions include gourmet restaurants, plush lounges and bars, art galleries.

From the moment you open the door you will understand why this sleek and sophisticated new Penthouse condo is quickly becoming one of the most popular vacation destinations in Zona Romantica.

V399 Penthouse 1 professionally decorated Penthouse includes a kitchen that has all top-of-the-line appliances, granite counter tops along with a large island with seating for four. All the amenities are included in this beautifully designed and appointed kitchen.

The tastefully decorated Living Room and Dining Areas are more than spacious and were designed for comfort and convenience. Large very comfortable sitting area and a large 86” smart tv mounted on the wall.

As you step out onto the Terrace you will see why it was designed to take advantage of the beautiful and world renown Puerto Vallarta sunsets, the partial view of the Bay of Banderas, the Sierra Madre Mountains and Jungle view and the sparkling lights and life of this fascinating City of Puerto Vallarta.

Great place

This property is in a great location, so close to many restaurants and yet it’s quiet. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked and, there are plenty of towels and linens. I appreciate the additional lighted mirror in the bathroom. Pool area was great, we used it every day! We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic condo, close to everything!

This condo was super spacious, with a location that can't be beat. Steps away from shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Awesome location and great management

The location was fantastic. The building was very nice and the penthouse was spacious. The host, Evan, was fantastic. He was prompt in responding, very approachable, and professional.

Excellent all the way around

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. From the proximity to the beach, to the amazing restaurants nearby, and Evan’s hospitality, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back and I look forward to referring friends as well.

Everyone is very kind, excellent communication with the owner and the administration lady (Lupita). The place was clean and beautiful, close to everything (El Malecon, Panchos Tacos, etc…) We definitely will book this place again in the future.

Our favorite Condo in Zona Romantica!

After staying here three times this year with different family and friends, I recommend this Condo. Each time has been wonderful staying here with all it has to offer, the friendliest people, great communication with Evan, large and beautiful condo with everything you would ever need, the stunning views and the best location in Zona Romantica. Looking forward to returning here.

Evan’s place is perfect! Great location, amazing rooftop pool, so many food options steps from your front door, just a few short blocks to the beach and yet on a nice quiet backstreet. Everything was exceptional! I will miss my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and bustling streets.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The roof top pool was great. It is also in a very good location.

It was very easy communicating with the owner and property manager. They were both very helpful and friendly. The condo was very spacious and had a lot of what we needed there. I would recommend this condo and will hope to be back myself.

Perfect Penthouse in Puerto Vallarta

Evan was an amazing host went above and beyond. Clean penthouse, beautiful location, quiet, amazing rooftop pool and view. AC in every room, multiple bathrooms, comfortable beds, it's a must stay. Everything was walking distance.

Best Condo We Have Stayed In!

Evan and his family have created an absolutely beautiful property with high ceilings, so much detail in the cabinetry etc. Views of the mountains and the ocean are great with a nice sized balcony that can accommodate a good number of people and a table you can dine on the balcony. This is 10+ in our 40 years coming to Vallarta! We will be back! Highly recommend this penthouse!

Best host ever!!

The communication with Evan, the host was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. The condo is absolutely beautiful in one of the best locations in old town. Close to the ocean, restaurants, bars and smaller stores. The view from the rooftop pool and hot tub is amazing. Amazing condo in the Zona Romantica, highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful penthouse. The condo is very well-appointed, in an excellent location and surprisingly quiet given central location in the Zona Romantica. It is very clean, with beautiful views from the spacious balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and we did do some cooking. The rooftop pool, hot tub and terrace are spectacular with panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta. We felt very safe, with a concierge onsite and the host and his family close by. The neighbourhood was safe and easy to get around. Evan was very gracious and a fabulous host. He was quick to respond and super accommodating! Highly recommend this spot and we would definitely return.

Best stay and location in PVR

First, I want to commend Evan on being one of the best host I have had the pleasure of renting from. He was responsive, accommodating and very quick to react. He also has family that lives on the same floor as the unit and they were beyond nice! The unite is simply put, HUGE. Tons of square footage, great fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor space with a view to the ocean. The 2 bedrooms are incredibly well appointed with more storage space then you will need. Great linens and amazing beds and pillows. The tow ensuite bathrooms also have a lot of storage. The unit is on the top floor with sliding glass doors on two sides which provides and amazing cross breeze in the morning and late evening. No need for the AC. The top floor pool area is well appointed with plenty of lounge chairs and some great additional lounge areas. The front door staff was welcoming and helpful at all hours of the day. The location cannot be beat. Close to everything you would want in the Romantic zone without the noise that usually comes with this location. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Stay, Home away from Home

Perfectly located in the heart of the Zona Romantica lies an incredible vacation stay! The moment we walked into the spacious well appointed penthouse suite we felt at home! This suite is excellent with the two separate bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, the fully appointed kitchen and massive living suite! The views from the balcony are equally as great, you can see the ocean and the cobblestone suites buzzing with activity! And then you go up one floor to the breathtaking roof top infinity pool! Countless hours were spent here, soaking up the sun, the rooftop is so clean and well kept and the views again are breathtaking! Evan as a host was amazing! He made every effort to ensure our vacation was the best, from restaurant recommendations, to suggestions for activities, he was always quick to reply to inquiries. We truly felt at home and counting down the days until we can return! The condo is extremely safe and secure as well. As 2 single women travelling we felt safe our entire trip, the neighborhood was safe and easy to get around with plenty to see and do. I highly recommend starting here, from the people we met in the building, to the gorgeous suite and fantastic roof top oasis, to the colourful and vibrant neighborhood, it was a memorable recharging vacation. Amazing space and perfect location!

Have been traveling to PV for over a 15 years and stayed in several properties in Old Town. This condo is my favorite for the group of friends I traveled with. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as well as lounging in the livingroom and watching the sunset from the balcony. Rooftop pool was never crowded and provided lovely views of the city. Walking distance to all our favorite bars and restaurants. Communication was very good and timely with the team via WhatsApp. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Location is great! The owners in the complex are awesome

We had a nice time. The only issue we had was on the third day of a stay and remainder of our stay, we were asked to use the bathroom facilities in the Laundry room. There was an issue with the Primary Suite bathroom causing issues to the unit below us. It was Inconvenient and communication and response from property owner was very frustrating. Being in a different country and having people come into your unit and asked to keep the place open while they investigate was not how i wanted to spend my vacation day. Owner wasn’t even onsite. I am hoping that there is some partial refund that can be received for not getting the use of the whole unit comfortably.

Place was ok except for the construction of the pool closure and area during our stay

We were misrepresented in thinking there would be a working roof deck pool. We were informed 3 week prior to the trip on the construction but at that point it was too late to find something else. it was Very disappointing. There should have been a discount so we could finance pool access elsewhere . Or the building should have worked a deal some other alternative to offer pool access. Our owner notified us in an email that the pool and roof top were closed with no concession. Knowing it was only 3 weeks before the trip. Even offering us a full refund left no time for other arrangments. There was 4 rolls of toilet paper for 12 days. I had to buy my own. The place is in a great location and was clean. The inside was nice. It was too bad for the other items because it put a damper on the trip and the relationship with the owner who seemed to think that just because he sent an email that was ok. I mean really, can you just send an email and say anything you want...like one of the bedrooms is under constuction, and just expect us to consider outselves informed. Its interesting, as I paid in full in August, but didn't know the pool was closed until end of September. Anyway, live and learn I guess the hard way.
