Enjoy the ultimate beach getaway at Grand Beach Resort 102, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo perfectly located on the east end of Gulf Shores. Just steps from the beach and adjacent to Gulf State Park, this hidden gem offers the ideal blend of convenience, relaxation, and adventure—making your Gulf Shores escape all but guaranteed.

With 1,006 sq. ft. of wonderfully decorated living space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook your favorite meals, and the private balcony offers views of the emerald Gulf waters just across the street.

The primary suite features private access to the balcony, creating a peaceful retreat for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. As a ground-level unit in a low-density building of only 78 units, you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, no elevator waits, and incredibly easy access to both the pool and beach.

Grand Beach Resort's location is unmatched—right next to Gulf State Park, where you'll find boardwalk trails, lakes, biking paths, kayaking, paddleboarding, and endless outdoor exploration. • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Awesome location and facility

Perfect size for our family and a short sustabce to the beach. Super convenient and a great floor plan. Loved the oool and hot tub also!

The condo was beautiful and clean. It covered everything we needed. Parking was convenient. The road between the building and the beach got busy at times, but that was only noticeable when going to the beach or being on the patio.

Great place across the street from the beach

Friendly host, exactly as pictured. Short walk across the street to the beach and close to the restaurants and shops in town. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and it was perfect!

Such a cute condo, walking distance to the beach. Check in and out was really easy and detailed. Clean and ready when promised. Really loved that there was a beach cart, made our trip that much easier with an infant!

We really liked our time in gulf shores nice place here too. Really nice to see flowers and water and candy waiting for us .Nice touch ! We are thinking of coming back but try a high rise on the beach to be able to view the water better .Any suggestions for a place would be appreciated Thank You again

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay Mary! Upon you checking out there were several issues found in the condo and were surprised you did not let us know. 1. The kitchen granite was stained & we had to pay someone to get the stain out which took us days. 2. The master mattress is completely stained with feces & we had to order a $500 mattress before our next guest arrives. 3. There was feces on the walls in the bathrooms, on the dishwasher and the place was a wreck. We will be pursue collecting the damages through VRBO.

Exactly as described. Clean, beautifully decorated, close to beach. Several things made life eaiser (wagon, laundry basket, vacuum, vinegar for sunburns, lots of bed pillows, keurig). Being on the bottom floor was a big plus, cant imagine lugging beach gear up and down stairs (though the upstairs neighbos were very loud.) Shared facilities nice - grills, pool, beach chairs and toys to borrow and return. Property well taken care of with stocked kitchen. Host is a fast and friendly communicator. Would definitely stay here again.

Location of this property was good for our family. Directly across the road from the ocean and right down the road from the fishing pier, where the boys stayed most of the time. I enjoyed the location to the state park, where I was able to take a morning walk. The property was very clean. It was close proximity to shopping, groceries, restaurants and activities. Also it was within an hour drive to Pensacola Beach where we were able to see the Blue Angels perform and go to the mall. We also took an hour drive to tour the USS Alabama while here. NO RAIN until the very last night when we were already in the room, packing up to leave the next morning. The master bedroom had a very firm mattress for those who enjoy that. We did have to take a TV with us as the bunk room did not have a TV. The only issue we experienced was with this being a ground floor unit, we had to listen to the family above us running and jumping and crying from around 8a til about 11p off and on each day. Unfortunately, the property management for this unit was not the same for the unit above, so there wasn't much that could be done. The property manager was very quick to respond to my messages though, so that was a blessing. Overall, we would return again to this property.

Great experience

We stayed here for Hangout Music Festival, and it was the perfect location. It was clean and there were people monitoring the parking lot and ensuring parties weren’t happening. It was overall a great experience. This was my first time using VRBO and I will for sure be using it again!
