PATOKA HILLS - Great cabin in perfect location for fisherman and families!

Fisherman will enjoy the close proximity of 3 boat ramps on Patoka Lake with plenty of space to park your boat onsite. Families will enjoy the close proximity to the French Lick area (which includes bowling / mini golf / bike trails / go karts / indoor water park), French Lick Scenic Railway, Patoka Lake State Park (fishing / swimming / hiking), Marengo Caves, Paoli Peaks (skiing and tubing), Holiday World and Splashin' Safari, Wineries, Golf Courses and so much more.

The cabin has one large bedroom with a king size bed, a newly added second bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a cot and pack and play available if needed.
The kitchen is fully furnished, including a Keurig and Crock Pot.
The bathroom includes towels and washcloths.
There is a washer and dryer available for use.
WIFI is included.
There is a wrap around porch with outdoor seating to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature and a concrete firepit area to enjoy some s’mores and stars!
No Pets or Smoking.
There is a security camera on the corner of the garage pointing at sidewalk to the cabin that is only used when there are no guests. This is the only security camera on the property.

Great Cabin close the the lake and not far from grocery store very clean and everything we needed was provided and everything worked would definitely stay again

Loved it

We stayed at the cabin for two days. The cabin was spacious, well stocked & clean & convenient to lots of things but not smack dab on top of anyone. The host was prompt w/any questions & very helpful w/area suggestions. We will definitely stay there again!

A good time

The cabin was great. Easy to find close to what we wanted to do. Very clean. Only thing I might suggest is some slip pads in the shower. Would definitely stay again

Great little cabin

Cabin is cute, clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and well cared for. There is another cabin close by but the back deck and fire pit face the woods for privacy. There are towns nearby if you need anything. French Lick is a short drive away. NiNicelittlcabin.cabingetaway.

Beautiful cabin! Easy check in and out, very well-maintained, thoughtfully stocked with some essentials. Located in the rolling hills but surprising close to town. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Good spot

Loved it , the cabin was perfectly set between the lake and French lick. It was a nice spot the Internet worked good for tv shows. And they had a bunch of board games. Grill was nice. Didn't get to use the fire pit but it looked good.

Family Fishing Adventure

Cabin in the woods was very nice, private, peaceful and relaxing. Was closely located to boating ramps. Separate climate control in each room was a nice feature. We did enjoy the fire pit which was very nice. Front and back porch/deck and outdoor furniture could use a bit of a clean up. We'll definitely be back!

Patoka Fishing Trip

Very nice cabin. The bedroom was large and the king size bed was super comfortable. Parking area was large enough to allow us to back in our boat.

Guys weekend

The cabin was nice and cozy. The bed was ridiculously comfy! There was a room undergoing construction, which is gonna make it even better when it's finished. overall we had a great weekend there

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. I’ve never stayed in a cabin so stocked with supplies to meet all of our needs. I would definitely give this a five star plus!

Anniversary Weekend

Cozy, clean and totally delightful cabin to stay in. Well stocked. Everything you could possibly need. King size bed was very, very comfortable. Peaceful surroundings but close to the beautiful Patoka lake and a short drive to French Lick. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent getaway experience

We had a wonderful experience with the property. Trips out to French Lick / West Baden area were easy and quick, and the cabin was cozy. The property manager was attentive and even checked on us after a serious storm rolled through the area, to ensure our safety. Definitely will return.

Felt like home

I stayed here with a couple of friends, the place was so nice and cozy. Everything we needed was already there. Also the place was in the perfect spot for driving to Patoka lake and other places around. There was a storm that went through during our stay and we lost power, but property managers were very helpful to look up info for us.

A wonderful getaway

Highly recommend this cabin. Very clean, many extras, wife & I had a wonderful stay. The walk in shower is roomier than it looks in the photos. We even washed and dried our clothes in the washer dryer and took clean clothes home. Centrally located to several things to see. We visited Paoli, English, West Baden, French Lick, Jasper, Ferdinand & Santa Clause Indiana.

Everything was perfect. The bed really is a King size & super comfy. Plenty of AC & hot water. Even the internet was fast and reliable, which can be rare in a hilly, wooded area. Thank you. Can’t wait to return!

Not just for fishing families.

This cabin is very nice. This was perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite ends on the cabin. Spacious living quarters, wonderfully stocked kitchen. We had all we needed to cook and eat meals there. A few things I really loved! A variety of board games were provided. Really nice glider rockers on the front porch to enjoy a book and coffee. We spent most of our time in the backyard, which was overlooking a nice wooded area and private. We brought our bags game, so we played, listened to music, had a fire in the fire pit each night. We were really able to relax and enjoy our time. We were there for golfing, and were right in the middle of Jasper and English where the courses were located. We will definitely use this cabin again, and have already recommended it to others!

To start, I had to reach out to the host for check-in details as I didn’t receive them up to 24 hours before. Once there, I was surprised to find the cabin was so close to the host. This wasn’t a bad thing, but it would have been nice to know. The first night was spent listening to a child yell loudly outside. My partner and I had traveled almost two hours after working all day, and we couldn’t get a quiet moment until late. The property is supposed to have a deck on the back. To my surprise, the door was blocked off and the deck was under construction. This also would have been nice to know. Part of the deck was accessible if you walked around the back of the property though. I was looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying the fall weather, but I didn’t feel comfortable only being able to stare at the host’s house while they were also outside looking at the cabin. Overall, the cabin was nice and clean. The bed was so comfy but a tad big for the room as I had to crawl across the bed to get actually get in. I couldn’t fit between the bed and the wall as there was less than 10 inches of space, and I’m a little thicker.
