Never again
The property was in a ideal location for our purposes. When we got to the property to check in, they assigned us to a unit that was already occupied. They then reassigned us to a unit that was supposed to be clean. It was not. (at this point, it's paid for and the 5 of us are there with no readily available options) Housekeeping went through the unit and tidied up a bit and made the beds. We moved our things in. We quickly discovered that there was no internet. We were working and expected to be able to work from the unit. We had no internet for 4 days and had to find alternate work space. the unit was supposed to be fully equipped and suitable for up to 6 guests. There was sleeping space for 6. However, there was only one dinner plate, four smaller plates, a couple of bowls, precious few glasses. If we wanted to make a meal for everyone, we would have to either eat in shifts or go out and buy all the dinnerware. I stay in VRBO properties frequently and have never had this problem. I will not be staying here again despite the fact that I will be in the Cleveland are with some frequency in the future. Other than the fact that the staff were very apologetic and polite, there were no other saving graces to this property. My recommendation is that visitors to the Cleveland area find other accommodations.
