Located just 20 minutes from Cooperstown and Oneonta, NY, Site 1 offers peaceful seclusion in the mountain woods while keeping you close to Cooperstown Dreams Park, the Baseball Hall of Fame, local wineries, breweries, and state parks.
Site 1 Features & Amenities:
• Private Soaking Tubs: Relax in your own dedicated set of soaking tubs! Tubs function like hot tubs (reusable throughout your stay) and are filled once for stays of 3 nights or less. (Note: Tub access requires a 2-night minimum stay; a signed waiver is required prior to use).
• Cozy Sleeping: Sink into a plush queen-size bed complete with fresh linens, extra blankets, and heated blankets to keep you warm on chilly mountain nights.
• Solar Power & Kitchen Essentials: Equipped with solar-powered outlets, soft lighting, a mini-fridge, and all the basics you need for cooking over the campfire.
• Complimentary Breakfast: Fuel up each morning from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM with fresh eggs, waffles, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.
• Shared Bathhouse: Access to our clean, fully stocked bathhouse featuring hot running water, flush toilets, and showers.
On-Site Conveniences & Add-Ons:
• Camp Store Extras: Save trunk space—we offer 10lb bags of ice ($2.50) and bundles of firewood ($5) right on the property and many other things in our camp store.
• Propane Cooktop Rentals: Available if you'd like an alternative to campfire cooking.
