Thank you for choosing us for your stay.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our VRBO property. We appreciate hearing from our guests as it allows us to address any concerns and improve the overall experience we provide. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. It is disappointing to hear that the condition of the property did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of a well-maintained and comfortable environment for our guests, and we regret that we fell short in this regard. We take your comments about the uneven floors, trip hazards, and carpet cleanliness very seriously. Our team is committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, and we will promptly investigate and address these issues to prevent any future occurrences. Additionally, we already reached to a few contractors to fix or even replace the whole back deck. As for the presence of pincher bugs, we apologize for any discomfort caused. We have implemented comprehensive pest control measures, and we just fumigated a few days before your arrival, that may cause the dead bugs situation. Once again, we apologize for the negative experience you had during your stay. We genuinely value your feedback, as it allows us to make the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests. If there is anything else you would like to discuss or if there is any way we can regain your trust, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for choosing our property, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future, offering you a significantly improved experience. Best regards
