Villas with an excellent location in the elite area of Batumi - Gonio-Kvariati. Just 350 meters away is the famous beach, which is considered the cleanest on the Georgian coast. The center of Batumi is a 15-minute drive away.
The villa is located on the territory of the closed club complex Eropean Village Old and is suitable for a secluded family vacation.
On the 1st floor there is a spacious fireplace room with a marble wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen area, a dry Finnish sauna, and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with sea and mountain views, two of them have double beds, 1 bathroom.
On the territory of the complex there are 2 swimming pools - for children and adults, a playground for children, a recreation area.
