No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted and pre-approved by host prior to check in. Violations will result is a $500 pet cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the rental including cigarettes vape pens or marijuana. There will be a minimum $500 cleaning fee if violated.
