Located on a dead-end street in Palma Sola Heights, this lovely home is a great resting place for groups looking to relax in a quiet neighborhood. The private pool is covered by a lanai, so you're free to enjoy a swim anytime you feel like it. Inside, central air conditioning and tile flooring come together to create a cool and comforting atmosphere. A large desk and office chair are available for guests to complete remote work. Have fun preparing meals in the full kitchen inside, or take the main course out to the grill.

This home has easy access via walking or biking to Palma Sola Botanical Gardens (a 10-acre garden oasis) and Robinson's Preserve, a 682-acre nature preserve with running trails, lookout towers, bike trails, kayak launches, and so much more! You'll stay within walking distance of Desoto National Park. You're well within driving distance to Geraldson's Family Farm, Warner's Bayou, a public boat ramp, Perico Preserve, Nel Preserve, and the Palma Sola Bay. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and several other beaches are just a short drive away. Shopping, restaurants, and more are all within easy reach.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
